This spacious, 2 bedroom + Loft, 2 bathroom cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the golf course, on the shuttle route and not far from Town where there is shopping, coffee and restaurants. With a wood burning fireplace, private deck with gas grill, private laundry, and a quiet forest setting it is perfect for your mountain retreat with all the conveniences needed, and you can bring Fido! Offering three levels inside, you can all spread out and enjoy your own space, or all come together for family time in the open plan living, dining and kitchen level. The fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you will need for preparing a nice dinner or snacks, or be the grill master at the private BBQ grill on the deck! There is space for everyone to relax throughout the home with dining area for 8 and additional bar seating. The living room features a large flat screen Smart TV with Cable with large comfortable sectional, so you can cozy around the wood burning fireplace, or catch a movie. Both the primary and guest bedroom are on the lower level. The primary featuring a King bed, flatscreen TV with DVD player and access to the jack and jill full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and additional separate vanity area. The second bedroom on this ground level features a Queen bed with TV. The home comes with a stacked washer and dryer so you have all the conveniences of home. The loft is on the third story and features a bunk bed with Twin over Full size, plus an additional Trundle, and couch. With access to the second full bathroom on the middle level with shower. There is an outside ski locker provided so you can store all your adventuring gear, and a small entry mud area. The condo is located near the Sierra Star Golf Course and on the free red line shuttle to the slopes, the Village and Snowcreek Athletic Club. It is a short walk away from the Old Mammoth downtown with grocery store, coffee shops, restaurant and shopping, and the community recreation center/LA Kings Ice. The green line free shuttle stop is a short walk to take you directly to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. The Woodlands complex features an outdoor pool (Summer only), jacuzzi (open year-round), BBQ Grills, sauna, and this is conveniently located across from the unit entrance. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, there are 3 levels inside, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking is permitted. This unit is pet friendly and allows dogs. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great location, great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. What a wonderful weekend! The house was great, we had enough room for the boys upstairs, a room for my daughter and a room for us. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans so that I could cook and save money. Everything was comfortable. There was one broken chair at the table, but there was plenty of space for us without that chair. Great location, close to the grocery store, skiing for the family and hiking for me.
I absolutely loved the bows everywhere, what a sweet touch!

This was our second time staying at this condo. It was very spacious and fully equip kitchen. We had everything we needed. My grandkids ages 7 & 5 loved the 3rd floor. It was their playroom. We were so close to everything that we did. The boys did 3 days of snowboarding. We hiked every day. The area is very peaceful and quiet. I know that we will stay again. Thank you for letting us stay at your nice condo. See you soon!!!

This is a jewel. Very spacious and clean and new. The hot tub is an added luxury at the end of a day of driving or hiking. Communications with our hosts was perfect. We should have stayed longer!

Cute place, lots of maintenance issues.

-Multiple electrical issues in the kitchen, overhead lighting and exterior lighting, not working.-Water from the kitchen came through the ceiling in the bedroom underneath through the recessed light fixture. -Trundle is not easily accessible in loft-Housekeeping missed a real gingerbread house and medication from the guest before our stay.-Ice trays were broken-Bring your own trash bags, laundry pods, fire striker, extra paper towels and toilet paper if you book this for a family.The good news is the maintenance staff was friendly and professional… we saw them daily.Very comfortable sleeping accommodations, plenty of linens, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. Quiet, condominium complex, and great location.

Spring break

We did have a fabulous time!! The family did 4 days worth of snowboarding, skiing and snowmobiling. The townhouse was in a perfect location. Easy access to everything we did. The place was very roomy. My grandkids (3 & 6)loved the 3rd floor. The only issue I had was with the cleaniness. A lot of cobwebs throughout the house, 2 lights over the kitchen table were out and the outside patio should have been shoveled before our arrival. The barbecue was right in front of the glass door. Very difficult to get outside. Needless to say we did shovel all the snow off the deck and moved the barbecue to the side. With charging a decent amount to clean, your housekeeping service needs improvement. Besides these very small issues we would stay again and definitely recommend this place to stay.
