The home has a large functional kitchen with high end finishes and appliances as well as an accompanying scullery with its own dishwasher, sink and fridge.
There is a large laundry with washer and dryer, adjoining the 3rd bathroom.
The large lounge, dining area is large enough to comfortably seat the largest family with gas fire and smart TV and the whole living area spills out onto a huge deck with Weber BBQ and both large and small outdoor furniture settings with cantilever umbrella and bean bags.

A real feature of the home is even though located on the main beach road, all the living faces the sea and thoughtfully built perimeter fencing screens the property from the neighbours on either side, meaning total privacy is enjoyed...............so much so, the main living has no need for drapes! The views at night are just as spectacular as the day from the lounge or the deck. Large double entry gates also ensures total privacy is enjoyed at the front of the house also.
The local shops and restaurants are an easy walk or short drive away and bring your bike or walking shoes and enjoy the beautiful cycleway which passes below the home.
