Welcome to your serene escape in Manning Point, where sun-kissed shores and a tranquil atmosphere await! Our charming home accommodates up to 7 guests across three spacious bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. Ideal for families, it offers a blend of comfort and style for your beach getaway. Enjoy the nearby pristine beaches, explore the scenic Manning River, and take in the beauty. This is the perfect getaway for creating long-lasting memories by the coast!
Are you looking for your own serene escape? Escape to your very own coastal abode in the heart of Manning Point, a gorgeous coastal town located right at the Northern entrance of the Manning River - meaning you are bordered by both the river on one side, and the Pacific ocean on the other! On the ocean side, long sandy beaches beckon swimmers and walkers, while the river side is a haven for boaties, oyster lovers, and fishermen.
Manning Point's main street edges the river and the wooden jetties offer a perfect spot to cast a line. Visit the licensed restaurant, bowling club, or cafe which serves delicious coffee and light meals.
There is four wheel drive access to the beach through Manning Point Reserve, which is the access point for Farquhar Park Camping ground also. Vehicle on beaches permits are required and are available at the Manning Point General Store.
Now, a little more about the property itself... Set back from the quiet street sits our charming coastal abode. Featuring a cottage style kitchen, with plenty of storage/cupboard space for you and the whole family and separate dining area for four.
The gorgeous beachy lounge room features a large TV, perfect for sitting back and watching anything your heart desires - and there is so much to choose from your own DVD collection at the home! The front sitting room / enclosed balcony is filled with sunlight, and also features a second lounge - perfect for bigger families staying together or for the kids to have their own separate space!
There is plenty of parking in the driveway, as well as additional free on-street parking.
The combined bathroom/laundry features a bath/shower combination, washing machine and storage space.
This charming getaway is perfect for families, couples, or solo adventurers looking to unwind in a peaceful coastal setting.

Check in is available from 3pm, with check out at the standard 10am.
We offer the flexible option of self-check-in and ease of communication to ensure the process is as simple as can be.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication, so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.

Please note: All direct bookings for this property are non-refundable. Once payment has been made to Maison Property Management, and the booking is confirmed, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time, or do not show up to the reservation.
