The grass wasn't mowed the bed had stains on the mattress and had to wash the saucepans before we could use them.We paid to much money for this place

The house was very clean and comfortable. The only issue that I noticed was the long grass in the yard which looked average and carried what seemed to be a lot of sand flies.

This property is a great house and position is fabulous. It just needs a dishwasher. And the cleaners need to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Owners have been notified. Heard nothing back.

Yes but the arrangement of the kitchen items was chaotic . The house was so heavy with the smell of dust (or mold?) that my son who is sensitive to it found it difficult to breath. Need to remove carpets and have lounge either replaced or treated. It had no extra items like gladwrap or foil. The bbq had not been cleaned properly for a very long time and when I went to clean it the grime was so thick that I gave up. The tv remote control did not work, nor the cd player anbd no speaker etc for music and there was no wifi which was disappointing in this day and age. Loved how spacious the bathroom was and the huge bath and ac in all the rooms is a great addition. Young kids next door woke me at 6am screaming for an hour outside my bedroom window. Wonderful outdoor entertaining area . Great location. Only the main room bed was made up. Considering the condition of the house 300 a night is expensive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi, We have stayed at this property for years now and love everything about it, but this time was different to every other year. The grass was about knee height in the back yard, the linen wasn't there the first night, but was the second night. The house was very dusty and had spider webs throughout. It was like no one had been there for a long time and it hadn't been cleaned. The gas bottle ran out as soon as we tried to use the BBQ, which doesn't matter, but was unexpected. I just thought i should let you know as you would probably be unaware of these things. We would definitely love to come back again next year as we see these issues as minor things that can easily be fixed.

Reviewer Comments: only one thing, we have stayed at this house before with 10 guys and never ran out of hot water, on the weekend we had 7 people the 7th person to shower at night had no hot water and, in the morning, there was still no hot water... and the house needs an exhaust fan in the shower, very easy to do...

Was our first time staying at this home but we were very happy with the overall presentation of the rental. The only issue that we would of liked was for the lawn to be mowed as with 3 young children wanting to play in the yard but it just makes it look more presentable aswell. Overall was a great rental home for a larger family group.
