The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is close to the beach. If you don't mind walking some you can also get to a lot of the restaurants and leave your car. They should probably add exhaust fans to the bathrooms to keep the humidity down.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and village. House was clean and welcoming, pool was great. Few minor things: The place was smaller than expected, not enough sofa seating for 4 guests and the bathroom sinks were clogged. Otherwise, a perfect trip and would stay again!

Very cute property in a good location. Pool was heated and felt wonderful. We had issues with the internet throughout the week but requests were handled as quickly as possible and after a day or two was resolved.

Proximity to the beach was excellent! The pool heater wasn’t working, and the property manager responded quickly. We also had a plumbing issue, which the property manager was quick to resolve as well. The place looks bigger in pictures than it is; and in the future, we will avoid a spiral staircase. Overall, we liked it fine.

My husband and I spent a little over a week at Palm Shade Cottage while celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine and delicious cupcakes, which was such a thoughtful touch.The cottage offered much more space and comfort than a hotel room. The master bedroom was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the two full bathrooms made getting ready easy. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer available.The living room was cozy and inviting, and while we didn't use the kitchen much, it was well stocked and convenient. We especially appreciated finding cold packs in the freezer for our beach outings.The cottage provided everything needed for the beach, including chairs, towels, coolers, and a cart. The beach was just a short walk away, and Beach Access #11 worked best for us.The location was ideal, with easy access to the Village by foot or Frog Hop. The walk was pleasant and a great way to get familiar with the neighborhood.From booking through checkout, the entire process was seamless. The Cottage on the Key team was responsive, helpful, and quick to address the one issue we had with the washing machine, resolving it within hours.We highly recommend Palm Shade Cottage and The Cottage on the Key to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and convenient stay on Siesta Key.

We stayed here over the weekend and it was awesome. My wife and I were on our anniversary trip. Great property with great amenities. Short walk to the beach which was nice. All the beach gear they had there was a bonus. Siesta Village was nice as well. It was a great time. Very responsive host. Made it easy to put everything on do not disturb and have a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The beach, dining, shopping, rentals and much more were in walking distance. The pool and property were extremely clean. The host communicated with us through text and email from the time we booked until we left. When we text, it was almost an immediate response. We will book with Cottages at Siesta Key again. Siesta Beach is the most beautiful beach I've ever been to.

This was the perfect tiny house with character. The location couldn’t be better; a block to the beach and a short walk to the village and all it offers. Very clean, and well equipped. The heated pool was a big plus and great way to unwind. Can’t say enough good about the communication from this rental company. Every time I sent them an email, they were right on it within minutes with a response. We will be back!
