Cette 1940 Vacation Home, à moins de 200 pieds de la plage de Siesta, a été récemment mis à jour en 2015 avec toutes les commodités modernes, y compris une belle piscine privée avec le soleil sur étagère et un barbecue pour votre divertissement et le plaisir de détente. Il y a une salle à manger formelle et beaucoup d'espace de détente, y compris un bar dans la porte donnant sur la piscine. Cette maison dispose de plusieurs entrées et est capable de gérer un petit RV et / ou remorque moto, etc. ... Location de Paddleboard est facultative et des fournitures de base de plage sont inclus. Very nice cottage overall

We had a very nice stay in the cottage. the location was perfect, very close to the beach (5 min walking) and the center of Siesta Key, where we could find a supermarket, some shops, bars and restaurants. The house was very clean, tidy and well equipped! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and we received a lot of help from the owner's mom, who lives next door. The communication with the owner was not very easy as we did not get any news and we had to call him the day of our arrival to make sure everything was fine. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and strongly recommend this house. We will be back!

The property was clean, the hosts were very responsive. Great location. Quite but only 8 min walking from the village, minutes walk from beach. I would rent again. The pool had some debris in it but may have come the roof and trees. It was very refreshing, great outdoor seating. Check in was easy.

Such a cute cottage in Siesta Key and the location is fantastic! There is everything you could need to have a great stay!! Kitchen had everything and more than you could need, plenty of towels in the bathroom and very well equipped for all your beach and pool needs! Only disappointment was that that we really wanted our own pool which is one of the reasons we rented this place but we didn’t use it other than to put our feet in because it was dirty with droppings from the palm tree and a storm previous to our stay, soooo many dead frogs so we just didn’t like that it wasn’t cleaned the day we were arriving. Honestly that is my only concern but other than that it was a wonderful place!

Siesta Key Gem

My family and I loved this place. A great feature is your own pool. The house is very nice and has a vintage cottage feel with the wood floors and walls. It is supplied with everything you need for the house and the beach. The best part is the location. A short walk to one of the best public access points on Siesta Key.

Great stay

We would stay here again. Easy walk to the beach and town. The pool was nice, a little dirty but they had a person coming to clean it. Other than that it was a clean place and was a great stay.

Great time in Siesta!

Our family had a wonderful time at Gary’s place in Siesta! The rentals were exactly as described. Great location…can walk to everything (beach, the village). It was nice having both properties for our family of 5!

Great space for the family

Stacie is very helpful and accommodating family needs. She even provided a pack and play and high chair for our little guy in addition to lots of beach toys and a wagon to make trips to the beach easy. We’ll be back!

December Mini Vacation

We had a great time in Siesta Key! The property was perfect for the two of us. The owners had the cottage decorated for Christmas to make it feel like home. Communication and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Our Favorite!

Where to start? The house was spotless clean and AC kept everything cool. We had an absolutely incredible time! The location is PERFECT. We were one block away from the ocean. The house had a pool, outside shower, and all of the beach items you could imagine. Cooler, sun shade, chairs, kid toys, and even two wagons to haul it all. To say we had an amazing time wouldn’t do it justice. The owner’s communication was phenomenal as well. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Siesta! Thanks again!!

Perfect beach cottage

We just stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect! So charming. In a great location to walk to the beach or to the village. Excellent choice of beach items. The pool was beautiful and the cottage itself very clean and up to date but yet still has the charm of an old town beach home. I can’t recommend it enough!! The owners were very easy to deal with and nice.

Beautiful Cozy property with awesome hosts

We have been renting through Vrbo for over 10 years and Stacey and Gary are far the the best hosts/property managers we had so far. The house has the modern, nice, warm and cozy atmosphere you feel once you are in, that you cannot feel from only looking at the beautiful photos of the house. You need to go in there to feel it and you will have all amenities you need to enjoy. We had wonderful 17 days in this almost perfect property and for small imperfections, Stacey and Gary were there to help make our stay perfect!!! Everything was perfect. Everything we wanted to do at Siesta Key was easily accessible. The cottage was perfect has everything anyone would need, the owners were responsive yet there was not much to ask for. We plan to return.
