You will have access to the entire house, the separate casita, covered outdoor patio, and all common areas. The pool, surrounding seating areas, and backyard are shared, offering ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Please note that access to the garage is not included. Additionally, while there is a hot tub on the property, it is currently non-functional.

House Rules:
✦ No smoking inside the property ($350 fine).
✦ Respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM (city ordinance).
✦ No parties or events allowed.
✦ Bring up to 2 small dogs (35 lbs or less) with prior approval. Pet fee: $85 ($105 if notified within 48 hours of check-in). Dogs must be crated when left alone, kept off the furniture, and not left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages. No cats allowed.
✦ Please leave the home as you found it to avoid extra cleaning fees.
✦ Minimum age to book: 25
✦ Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
