Hi there. So glad you enjoyed your stay. We have blinds installed on all the windows except for a transom window at the very top of the living room which only allow sunlight and moonlight to come in.

I was actually at the house the day you checked in and did laundry, and I did not experience any issues with anything backing up. After you checked out, I went ahead and had my plumber come out to inspect everything and confirm that it was working properly. He found a wad of toilet paper lodged in the vented drain portion of the tub. He explained that there is no way for it to travel up and lodge in that location naturally, so it appeared to have been placed there. I would have been happy to send him out during your stay had you contacted me about the issue. Unfortunately, I wasn't given the opportunity to address it while you were there, since the concerns were only brought to my attention after checkout. We always do our best to resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay so they can have the best experience possible, but we need to be notified of them while the guest is there in order to have the opportunity to address them. The hot tub is also functioning properly and does heat to the correct temperature. It may have been a matter of not being familiar with how to operate it. I could have helped with this during your stay as well. As for the windows, we deep-clean all of them as part of our spring and fall deep cleans.
