If desired, pool gas heating is available for an additional $150 per day, ensuring a warm and comfortable swim even on the coldest days. Please note a minimum of 2-days pool heating is required and at least 48hrs prior notice confirming pool heating.

Please note: Gas heating for the pool is available for an additional fee and must be arranged prior to your stay.

**The pool can heat up to 32 degrees (approx) with gas heating—note, this is not spa temperature and should not be expected to feel
like a spa. It will feel more like a comfortable warm bath not 'hot'. The pool is otherwise solar-heated, which may be limited
in warmth during overcast or cloudy winter days. Pool heating requests and payments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 8
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
