This charming house offers a tranquil retreat just moments from Lake Rotorua, with a lakeside walkway and bike trail directly across the road. For added convenience, a playground and boat ramp are a short walk away, perfect for family fun. Inside, you'll find a cozy and safe space suitable for up to 6 guests. We've included board games and cards for relaxing evenings. The garage features an air hockey and foosball table, plus a basketball shooting arcade for some friendly competition! And don't forget the spa pool, ideal for unwinding after a day of activities. Our location is close to essential shops and we're always available to assist you for a seamless stay.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. This includes three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living space with a TV and indoor fireplace. Getting to and from Cozy Lake Retreat is easy but we do recommend having your own vehicle. Parking is available in the driveway, and additional free parking can be found on the street. For those flying in, Rotorua Airport (ROT) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Public transport options are limited in Hamurana, so a car is recommended for exploring the area and accessing attractions like Skyline Rotorua, which is a short drive. Consider using a ride-sharing service for transportation to and from the airport or if you prefer not to drive.
