The Space:
The cottage has a nice open living, dining, and kitchen area, great for hanging out and relaxing. You can step outside onto the little deck to chill and breathe in the fresh air. There's a lovely hot tub and a BBQ grill, perfect for grilling and enjoying the pretty surroundings. The main bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, which is a peaceful place to sleep. The second bedroom has bunk beds, so there's room for extra guests or kids. The cottage is made to be a comfortable and fun place for everyone to stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire cottage, including two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ grill. Parking is available, with free parking on the premises and on the street. The hot tub is available for guest use. Please note that while the cottage shares the property with the owner's home, the spaces (except for parking) are entirely separate, ensuring your privacy.

This delightful cottage in the Ngongotaha Village, is situated in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Enjoy the convenience of a local park just moments from your doorstep. The nearby lake is easily accessible for water activities like kayaking and paddle-boarding. Golfers can visit the Hamurana Golf Course, a quick 10-minute drive. Mountain biking trails are also easily accessible. A short 10-minute drive will take you to the Rotorua waterfront, where you can enjoy lunch, brunch, or shopping. The area also boasts a café and small village shops just around the corner, and a grocery store within walking distance for your daily needs.

Getting Around:
Navigating to and from Ngongotaha Cottage is straightforward. You'll find free parking available both on the property and on the street. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is conveniently located about 15 minutes away by car. While public transport is less frequent in Ngongotaha, the main Rotorua bus terminal is easily accessible by car or taxi, offering access to the wider region. We recommend using a car or ride-sharing services for the most convenient travel around the area, including trips to the Rotorua waterfront and nearby attractions.
