Summary:
Twin Camellias is a purpose built holiday home in Lynmore, just a short walk or ride to the famous Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The house is open-plan with a separate kitchen, dining room and lounge which all lead out to an entertaining deck and garden area. The house is super warm in winter and cool in summer and has been positioned to capture the sun into the living areas in the morning and the bedrooms in the afternoon.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole house to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
Lynmore is a lovely residential neighbourhood situated just 5km from the Rotorua CBD. The area is sought after due to its proximately to the Redwoods Forest and the numerous lakes that we have in the area.

Getting Around:
We recommend a vehicle however most things are within riding distance if you have a bike and public transport is easy to get in the area.

Nice little getaway close to attractions

Everything was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and clean. It met all our needs. The only feedback I would give is to describe the electric water heater and limited hot water in the initial description rather than once the booking is fully confirmed and there is no going back. While it wasn't an issue for my friend and me since I take showers in the evenings and she takes showers in the morning, for a female group larger than two this may cause some problems.

Biking weekend in Rotorua

This was a great base for a weekend biking in the forest. Place was lovely, just as presented. Great communication from the property manager. everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend it, and would stay again.Thanks.

Fabulous Break Away

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed including the rack to hang and clean the bikes on. It was clean, tidy and in a really quiet part of town. We will definitely be back.

Weekend of riding

Modern and comfortable with all the facilities we could ask for. Even a hose to wash down the bikes after a day in the forest. Highly recommend

We have stayed here before due to its close proximity to the Tawa MTB car park. Super easy whichever side of the park you want to play on. Great little property. Warm and clean. Mtb parking out the back. Bring your own locks. A friendly neighbourhood cat who comes to greet us each time too.

Comfortable and quiet

Great place for a family stay in Rotorua. Specious and clean with everything you need . Very close to the redwood park and short drive to other attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended place and host.

Fantastic property, will stay again!

A wonderful well equipped home, with everything we needed. We appreciated the extra duvets and heaters in the room as we had a chilli snap in October! We will stay here again next visit. A good choice for families!

Loved our stay here !!!!

This property is modern, spacious, immaculately presented and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Two bathrooms is a great inclusion for 2 couples or a family. If I could find properties in other centres that were this good I would never stay in a motel again !!! The only thing I struggled with was using the Internet TV, lucky for me one of our party was techno savvy. I can honestly recommend this property.

Beautiful property

We had a fabulous holiday in this amazing home. The house was perfect for a family- exceptionally clean, modern, single level with great indoor/ outdoor flow. It was perfectly presented and offered all the household equipment needed for a relaxed holiday. Susan was great to deal with and responded very quickly to our queries. Rotorua is such a stunning location with very friendly locals. We really enjoyed our time here and would like to stay again.
