What makes Portico Getaway special:

• Please note that our townhome is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

MAIN FLOOR:

• Open, bright living room with flat-screen TV (with cable), gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), a queen sofa sleeper & loveseat

• Designated dining area w/ dining table and seating for 6

• Fully remodeled and well-equipped kitchen with large countertops (including bar stool seating for 3), fridge/freezer, ice maker, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, etc.

• Stackable washer/dryer combo

• Bathroom with a shower, toilet & sink

• A fabulous deck off of the main dining area that offers seating for up to 6 people, a BBQ, and a private hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing, snowboarding, or any other mountain adventure!

2nd FLOOR:

• Master bedroom with King bed and sofa

• En-suite bathroom with his/her sinks, shower, toilet & large jetted tub

3rd FLOOR:

• Bathroom with shower, toilet & sink

• First Guest bedroom with a Bunk bed (twin over full) and Single loveseat sleeper (twin) - *the bunk bed will be replaced with a Queen bed in Spring 2025)*

• Second Guest bedroom with a King bed (just updated, so pictures are coming!)

Each bedroom includes a smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services, as well as WiFi Internet (no cable access).

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.

Great Park City location

Great location for easy access to Main Street and short drives to Deer Valley and Park city mountains. Plenty of room for 2 couples and a few kids. Garage parking is very convenient when conditions get challenging w snow or ice.

Great 40th birthday weekend!

Great location that’s close to Main Street (5 min walk). Beautiful views of the mountainside. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub after dinner. Property manager was incredibly nice and communicated with us in case we ever needed anything. We will be back next year!

Fantastic Stay

Portico was the perfect spot for our month-long stay in PC. It was an easy walk to town and an easy bus ride or walk to Deer Valley. The home had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. The space had plenty of room. The management team was very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely come back to Portico and would recommend to others.

Great Location

Great spot for a family getaway. Overall we had a very good stay. Clean and well kept, the condo was just the right amount of space for the 4 of us. Communication with host (Beau) was very good and hemade sure we had everything we needed. Very easy to get in touch with him for any questions. The underground parking was an excellent perk and easily accessible. Close to both PC and DV. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Townhouse, Highly Recommended!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful townhouse. It was quite comfortable and very roomy. The house is very well maintained. It has a well-stocked kitchen perfect for preparing family meals. The location could not be better. Just a very short walk to Old Town Park City where there are wonderful shops and restaurants and access to bike and hiking trails. The shuttles were very convenient which we took to the lifts that take up to the mountain tops with more hiking trails and also mountain bike trails. The weather was lovely, cool in the mornings and warm in the afternoons. The staff were very helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property. You will thoroughly enjoy it.

Perfect location

Absolutely loved this location! Heather and Beau were amazing to work with for the last two years. Extremely helpful, and the absolute BEST customer service around was provided. This homes location, and hot tub were it’s best features. It was a little small for a family of four, (teenagers), but still totally doable. Great choice for a small family (3 bedrooms) or couple looking for a relaxing location close to all of the main street action!

Great Stay at Portico Getaway

We stayed four nights and had a wonderful experience. Location was close to all activities. The only recommendation I would have is to add a crock pot. We like to throw things in slow cooker in the morning and have dinner ready when we return from a busy day. We did enjoy the outdoor grill, so it was a great stay. The beds we’re comfortable which was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay at Portico Getaway again.

Perfect getaway

We were very happy with everything about the home! Service from the start was great, arriving to an underground garage with easy access, home was in great condition and plenty of space for my family of 4. Daughters each had a nice room upstairs on the third floor and my wife and I had nice retreat on the second floor. High ceilings with large windows made for a relaxing view from the couch, hot tub was great, unfortunately with the cover flipped up, the view gets blocked but not a big deal. House was fully stocked and very comfortable. 1/2mi walk to downtown and a nice walk up to deer valley resort for some fresh air in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to staying here again.

Missed and not accurate

They asked me to contact them before a negative report. We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and this one was deceptive and poorly maintained. Buyers beware. 1. The dishwasher had rust inside the unit that was systemic of the condition/age of the unit. The top rack was also broken. 2. The washing machine had black mold on top of the inside drum. Top loading washer. I sent photos to the mgt. company and then cleaned the unit.3. The outside facing doors on the main level were missing weather stripping or had worn out stripping that created a big draft. Bo corrected after my call.4. This sounds trivial however, the bathrooms were all missing Kleenex. 5. The unit was not “luxury” as touted in the description. This is a unit that needs a total refresh except for the kitchen. Very outdated.6. Recent transfer of ownership and an impending refresh is not an excuse for the “luxury” statement and the cost associated with the condition. 7. On a positive note, the unit has great underground parking and is in close proximity to Main Street. The bus stops were close and convenient for access to Deer Valley and Park CIty Resort. The hot tub was also in good shape. 8. We understand normal wear a tear and don’t expect perfection however, this is an accurate description of our experience. It’s not our responsibility to do the quality inspection of the unit. The online description and corrective care should be accurate. Sent from my iPad

Nice place but no A/C

Cute house, adorable location. Great parking in garage. Super disappointed there was no A/C. We had to go spend $70 on fans. Still didn’t sleep well which impacted our vacation. If you’re staying in the winter I’m sure it’s great.

Perfect for Family of Five

My family recently visited Park City for a summer vacation. We are 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. This Condo was the perfect arrangement of rooms. The living room was tight for all of us to watch TV together. The hot tub was a plus. The location is great- walking distance to Main St. We loved the garage entrance. It was very hot -88 in Park City while we were there and not having A/C was a little rough at night. We loved not having to deal with a key. There are a lot of stairs just so people know- not an issue for us. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms. Would recommend
