The Ridge, une retraite de montagne rustique à Park City. Rappelant un charmant pavillon de ski, la maison de ville a de hauts plafonds, des tonnes de fenêtres et une cheminée en pierre exquise. . Vous êtes à quelques pas de Silver Lake Village, un village de ski par excellence avec des boutiques, des restaurants et, bien sûr, du ski de classe mondiale pour tous les âges.

Convenient and has everything you need

The house is perfect for a family. The check in process and communication was prompt and helpful. Kitchen and bathrooms had what we needed. Hot tub was so nice to have. Great value.

Great Trip

Another great trip to Deer Valley. Mid-mountain location was great... bit of a walk to the lift, but the complementary ski storage makes it much easier.

Wonderful Condo

We had a great vacation! Wonderful condo with plenty of sleeping room and great location! Easy walk to the slopes. Attached garage was super nice to have as well!

Outstanding stay

Our rental home was truly our home away from home here and we absolutely loved it. Warm and cozy and geographically well located. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. I trip was immediately responsive to our needs and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

great family time

The stay was very nice. the house was equipped with everything needed. The only negative was the bed in the 2nd master downstairs was very uncomfortable with the pillow top mattress. Seem to have no support. All in all a great stay and great cozy home.

Men’s ski trip

Three bedrooms with private baths, walk to slopes and village fireplace with wood storage in garage. Exactly what we expected. Clean, well maintained. Would have been nice not to have to clean the fireplace but other than that, great stay.

Great deer valley rental

Loved the rental house, great set up with rooms spread out and perfect common area. Left our skis at free valet and used the lockers for our boots. Easy walk to the lift. If it’s snowing have 4 wheel drive or at least front wheel drive. Can get icy quick on the last roads before the house.

February Ski Trip

We had a great time visiting Deer Valley. Location was great. Short 5 min walk to lift. Best part is that you did not have to carry your skis and ski boots as Deer Valley had the free overnight storage. The unit was very comfortable for 8. Kitchen well equipped with mugs, plates, utensils. Though appliances a little dated but functional. Great communication with iTrip via text. Fast response via text. Will return to same location next year!

Great location. Need a new cleaning service as the floors were filthy. Exposed piping in places revealed some issue, but bigger problem was that there was drywall on the floors and countertops from cutting open the wall that wasn’t cleaned. Beds were also uncomfortable - clearly need to be replaced.

Location and Comfort

This property is well located. The five minute walk to the mid mountain lift was easy when we figured out to wear our snow shoes and carry our ski boots. Rented a locker to store our shoes each day. Loved the complimentary ski storage just off the lift! The property manager stayed in close touch which we appreciated. The house itself was comfortable but definitely worn and dated. Well equipped kitchen with old appliances. Mattresses with odd toppers added. Holes in the sheetrock walls in the bathrooms that had not been repaired. Very rough toilet paper. Too many dusty accessories. Fireplace worked great with ample amounts of wood in the garage!

Great Location

Overall the property met our needs well for our time in Deer Valley. We hit a 30” snow storm and given the amount of snow it made for a great trip, but snow removal was a bit of a challenge, as it was so much snow and the property had not been plowed during the storm. However, a text to the property manager resolved the issue. We also had an issue with a smoke detector beeping and given the snow storm were left to sort it by getting a ladder out of the garage so we could stop the beeping on the smoke detector. The only thing I did not like is that the unit had a security camera in the garage pointed at the door, I felt this was a little odd, and was informed by the property manager that it was for security so things wouldn’t be stolen from the garage if the door was accidentally left open. I would recommend some information prior about why the camera is there vs just having it plugged in and recording the guests.

Deer Valley Condo

I can only give this condo 3 stars. The location is great, walking distance to Silver Lake Lodge. I assume that is the reason the nightly fee is so high. For that fee, I expect a certain level of comfort and amenities. 1. I am a frequent guest in Deer Valley and other condo's where I’ve stayed had a renter’s book providing information on outside activities, local services, restaurants, and care of the unit. This would have been helpful to have as a reference. 2. The promotional materials describe the kitchen as a "Chief's Kitchen." This is a misnomer as it is outdated and not well stocked. 3. Laundry detergent was not provided. There were no extra pillowcases/bed linens if we needed them. 4. Promotional material indicates a 2-car garage. This is misleading because a refrigerator placed just inside the garage door takes up space, prohibiting a second car from entering. Also, when we arrived, garbage from the previous renter had not been removed and was taking up additional space. 5. The entire unit could benefit from a complete update. It feels old and run down. However, I realize this is a rental which has probably not been updated since it was built. The owner/managing company should improve the issues that directly affect their clients. For example, the mattresses on the beds feel old and lack support. Everyone in my party (except children who can sleep anywhere) had difficulty sleeping.
