Welcome to Payday Piste Condo, a beautifully remodeled condo where laid-back California Contemporary design meets the natural beauty of Park City’s vibrant summer season. Thoughtfully curated by StayLuxe Properties, this spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location—just steps from outdoor adventure and mountain charm.

With three luxurious king bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV, and a loft with four twin beds, there’s plenty of space for families or groups to unwind and recharge after a day in the sun. Enjoy a board game or movie together, then end the evening with a soak in your private hot tub on the balcony, surrounded by fresh air and mountain views. And with three portable A/C units, you’ll stay cool and comfortable on even the warmest days.

Located right across from the Silver Star Lift and on the edge of Park City Golf Course, Payday Piste is a dream summer location. Hike, bike, or hit the greens by day, then hop on the free shuttle to explore Historic Main Street’s lively dining, shops, and summer festivals by night. Whether you're here for a mountain adventure or a relaxing retreat, this chic and inviting condo is the perfect place to make summer memories in Park City.

Features of Payday Piste that will keep you coming back year after year:

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Perfect Location - on Park City Golf Course and across the street from The Silver Star Lift (please note that we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation.)
• Easy access to the FREE Park City transit system - right across the street (Silver Star S Stop ID: 30060)
• Fully remodeled with designer touches throughout
• Free parking for 2 vehicles in the community parking lot with provided parking permits

Main Floor (to access the condo, you will need to go up 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between)
• Well-organized mudroom is configured with places to store your seasonal sports equipment.
• Secluded king master with en-suite bathroom and smart TV (no cable access).
• Open concept great room is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of space for all your guests.
• Well-appointed and stylishly designed kitchen featuring stainless appliances and open shelving.
• Comfortable bar seating for 2.
• Convenient wet bar with space for the remote worker.
• Substantial dining table offers seating for 8.
• Relax in the living area next to a glowing fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15).
• Private 4-person hot tub on the balcony off the living area.
• 1/2 bath in the main floor great room area for convenience.

Second Floor (2 more small flights of stairs with a landing between)
• Spacious and inviting king master suite with smart TV (no cable access), and en-suite bathroom.
• Another beautifully appointed king guest room includes a smart TV (no cable access).
• 4th (full) bathroom boasts sophisticated styling with a shower/tub combo and is shared by the king guest room and the loft bedroom upstairs.
• Full-size stackable front load laundry appliances are conveniently tucked away in the utility closet.

Third floor/Loft (another 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between)
• Artfully designed to be the perfect space for the children in your group.
• 3 charming twin beds nested into custom-built cubbies and one on a frame are perfect for the little ones in the group.
• Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience and includes a smart TV (no cable access).

What a great place!. We stayed as a group of eight women and there was plenty of room for everyone. Although the Silverstar lift wasn’t open it was only a short walk to the main lifts. The free bus was also very convenient to get around town and the bus stop was right out front of the condo. The hot tub was great after a day on the mountain. Would love to come back." - Danielle

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

Amazing location and condo.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend. We were close to the shuttle, the lift and ski rental- all walking distance. Property management was extremely kind and very responsive. I hope we can come back and stay again!

Very CONVENIENT Location

This property couldn't be more convenient to the ski lifts!! We loved how quickly and easily we could get to the mountain each day with no traffic!! The condo was well furnished and the staff at Stay Luxe reached out and was available to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Really great spot to stay

Wonderful condo in the perfect location. You’re able to take a short walk to a lift on the mountain and better yet you’re one quick bus stop away from the main park city lodge. House was clean and as described, would recommend to this rental to anyone else looking for a good spot close to the mountain and with quick access to downtown park city.

Really lovely condo

We had a great stay in a beautiful condo. There was a burst pipe in our original location so Staylux upgraded us to this four bedroom condo and only charged us the cleaning fee. Really great service and communication.

This was a great property for 4 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location is right next to the base area and downtown. Communication during the stay was perfect, with many suggestions for things to do on the trip provided. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous condo!

We loved staying here. The layout is really good for kids with them at the top and a door you can close, so you can keep the evening going. The decor is cute and modern, the hot tub is amazing and was warm and running when I got there. The location is great and so close to the slopes. We loved it!

Ski Trip

We enjoyed the location to town and the slopes. There was plenty of space for 7. The hot tub was enjoyed after a long day of skiing. The kitchen is also well equipped if you want to cook and just stay in and relax. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

Great stay!

Beau and Heather were fantastic hosts and made for a great stay. They helped me arrange shipment of luggage on the front end, delivered it to the unit, and made sure our group had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and in close proximity to ski lifts. We stayed with 3 couples and 2 babies and thought it was a great size. Overall, two thumbs up!

Had booked reservations several months in advance to celebrate a birthday weekend and host was great about keeping me updated on upcoming reservations and when time got closer made sure everything we needed was done and Bo messaged us personally to welcome us before our arrival and stayed in communication with all our needs and concerns. Location was great and the family enjoyed their time at property, we would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

FABULOUS CONDO IN PARK CITY

We arrived to the condo late at night and the lights were on and the heating going. Beau popped in the following day as the coffee machine needed replacing and was so helpful, charming and gave us some great local tips for restaurants etc. The condo is in a great location - easy to walk to the Silver Star gondola. The accommodation was well laid out and gave us and our three teenage children, plenty of space. Kitchen well set up, fireplace was great and the hot tub was a joy at the end of a hard days skiing. Really couldn't find anything to fault! A great stay and we can highly recommend it.

Overpriced / Underwhelmed

Would never stay at this property again. Borderline misrepresentation with pictures and property description. Don’t know where to begin aside from saying “stay away.” If you choose to ignore, bring your toilet paper to replace the sand paper, prepare for a small, cramped unit in desperate need of a paint job. Furniture is ridiculously cheap and not functional. Bedroom doors without locks. Lights that stay on ALL night which disturbs sleep time, a property manager that sent a repair crew into the unit 3 days out of our 7 day stay, etc, etc. I could go on and on, but I hope you get the point. And finally, a management company that treats you like teenagers renting a cheap hostel unit with a long list of rules and regulations - KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE. Any hotel would have been a better option for my family.

Nice play and nice stay but some pictures were kind of a catfish

We really enjoyed the king sized beds, the space, the amenities, and the diligence of the pre check in check list. The beds and blankets are AMAZING. The property does not have AC as listed on the ad but they have a ton of portable AC’s that do the job. Lots of stairs so maybe not the best for anybody with mobile disabilities. Great location! Great design. Late checkout is an option which is amazing. Amazing hot tub! However, I think the pictures make this property look a lot nicer than it is. Don’t get me wrong, it is VERY nice! Just not exactly as the pictures. I expected it to be a bit bigger, it feels a little old. We thought it was going to be a newer place based off the pictures (which was fine) it’s decorated super modern tho! Overall, the place was great. The downside is that you cant contact the property management on the weekend if you need anything. We paid 116 extra for a late check out and the property management did not communicate it to the owner so our door code for changed and we were locked out with all of our stuff inside. An emergency number isn’t listed anywhere, I had to call 5 different numbers until I was able to contact the owner and he fixed it right away. Kind of frustrating for paying so much extra.
