Welcome to Park City Alpine Retreat, a cozy haven nestled in Old Town right on Park Avenue. This charming home is perfectly positioned, just a 7-minute walk to the lively Main Street and only steps away from City Park and the Park City Library. You're just 0.4 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, or you can hop on the free bus right outside, taking you to all the best spots, from Deer Valley and Canyons Village to Kimball Junction. No matter the season, this location is ideal for exploring everything Park City has to offer.

The updated home comprises 1,800 square feet over two levels and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Upon entering the property through the back door, you will find yourself main level great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with hardwood flooring throughout.

Living Room: This room offers cozy mountain contemporary furnishings, a lovely corner gas fireplace, and a Smart TV and cable.

Kitchen: Fully appointed kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, updated finishes and counters, and a kitchen bar with seating for four.

Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at the table that includes chairs and bench seating.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (main level) — King size bed, Smart TV, and the private bathroom with two stone counter sinks, a soaking tub and a separate tile/glass shower.

Master Bedroom 2 (main level) - King size bed, TV and the private bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a large glass / tile shower. This room is located up just a few steps from the great room.

Bedroom 3 (lower level) — Double over Double and Twin over Twin Bunk Beds (new photos coming soon), access to the shared full bathroom on the main level with a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the private front yard with a covered porch and fenced in yard. There is a private hot tub in the back and a lovely commununal area with seating, a BBQ grill, and a Green Egg grill.

Area: Behind the home is the City Park, with the skateboard park, baseball fields, children's play area, and gazebo. And across the street is the Park City Library.

Great location and room for the family

We had a great time staying at this location. The cleanliness and space was a perfect for my wife and I as well as two teenagers. They enjoyed the hot tub every night, as well as walking distance to shopping on Main Street. We will definitely come back during ski season and will choose this location. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

Great location, Everything you need

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Felt like home right away. Everything we needed in a great ski vacation. Less than ten minute walk to town lift, lower main street, and to Park City Resort. For skiing, the bus stop is right out the front door, so no need to walk. Comfortable furnishings, nice bathrooms and Jacuzzi, and kitchen had all the basics. The only concern I had was that the downstairs bedroom is more suitable for kids, so even though there are double beds, they were not particularly comfortable for adults.

Excellent location; excellent property manager

The location of this home is outstanding. It's near the Mountain Village, the town of Park City, the library, parks and bus stops in either direction. We were able to walk to the Mountain Village chairlifts, but could have easily taken the city bus. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The appliances are clean and new (including the convenient washer / dryer). The kitchen table is nice, but chairs are not super comfortable, so can't be repurposed to supplement the 2 family room love seats. The 2 master suites are comfortable, roomy and clean. Very nice. There was not a picture of the 3rd bedroom on-line when I booked. I think the queen and double bunks in the 3rd room are really set up for kids. We had our 2 kids and their spouses and the bunk room was not a great option for a couple (the bathroom for the bunkroom is on the opposite side of the house.) The hot tub was outstanding/in good working order and roomy. The property manager was VERY responsive. We had 6 coffee drinkers and the property manager replaced a 4-cup coffee maker with a 14-cup coffee maker within a few business hours and also addressed a small maintenance issue immediately. It was a busy time and these gestures showed excellent responsiveness. We had a great time and I would recommend this home.
