Just a ten-minute stroll from Port Melbourne Beach and a five-minute drive to vibrant Bay Street, this modern coastal retreat combines relaxed living with resort-style amenities. Soak up sweeping water views, unwind in air-conditioned comfort, or savour sunset drinks on your private balcony. Spend leisurely days enjoying the buildingâs shared amenities, including a sparkling pool, rooftop terrace, and gym. With the nearest bus stop just minutes away, reaching Melbourneâs CBD couldnât be easier.
Step into sun-drenched interiors where floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views from the city skyline to the bay. Unwind in the stylish living area, complete with a soft sofa, armchair, and TV, ideal for movie nights. For a laid-back afternoon, step onto the private balcony with a coffee in hand and soak in the fresh air overlooking iconic Port Melbourne Beach.
Whip up delicious meals in the compact yet well-equipped kitchen, featuring stone benchtops, an oven, and a fridge. Then gather around the round dining table for four to enjoy meals together.
