Summary:
Wonderfully wide-open space defines the dream opportunity afforded by this luxurious 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom residence boasting substantial proportions, neat garden, and endless views immediately over picturesque parkland. Perfectly private & abutting the park, this sophisticated home is close to transport, universities & shops.
Situated in a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, the home is close to an array of amenities including Latrobe, Uni Hill shops, bus & tram routes, Ring Road, Plenty Gorge Park.
The Space:
An entertainer's delight, the social hub of the home is located downstairs and includes a fabulous open plan living/dining zone, well-equipped gourmet kitchen (stainless steel appliances and Ceasarstone bench) and sunny alfresco patio - perfect for gatherings big or small.
All three bedrooms are peacefully positioned upstairs, including the master with walk-in robes and ensuite â a smartly-appointed main bathroom is also offered along with a ground floor powder room, ideal for guests.
Split system heating/cooling both up and down (dining area and main bedroom), ducted heating throughout, solar hot water, washing machine, and double auto garage with handy shopper's entrance complete a wonderfully easy-care offering.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire place for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
