Snowpeaks chalet is a three bedroom luxury chalet at Apex Mountain Ski Resort with outstanding views of the ski slopes.Can accommodate 10 guests comfortably and your loved pet. It is located in a quiet cul de sac surrounded by trees with a seven minute walk or a one minute drive to the Apex village with convenient access to the restaurants cafes shopping nightlife skiing hiking and snow shoe trails nearby.

This spacious residence has three floors that are south facing allowing the light to flood in throughout the day.

As you enter the top floor ,you are greeted with the views of the ski mountain slopes through the spacious living space .Vaulted ceilings hardwood floors and a gas fireplace offers a cozy place to snuggle up to while enjoying your book ,the view or your favourite cup of coffee while chatting with your loved ones. Step outside onto the deck from the living room glass doors to breathe the fresh mountain air to view the star-lit sky or to cook your meal on the barbecue grill.

Preparing meals is a delight in the gourmet kitchen with the nature views outside your kitchen window and a large counter to prepare your meals while enjoying conversations with your friends and family seated at the bar stool counter or kitchen sofa .

There is a large dining table which seats 8 comfortably with a lovely chandelier above the table. The half bathroom on this floor is very nice to have nearby.

Relax and enjoy the spacious bedrooms with the full bathroom with the oversized 6 foot bathtub.

This level has three large bedrooms- one bedroom with a queen size bed and large closet- second bedroom with two queen size beds and large closet - third bedroom with two queen size bunk beds beautifully constructed in pine logs with a children‘s play area in the room and a closet.

The first level -the entrance level has a large closet to accommodate your winter gear ,a boot warmer and a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean and dry.

After a day of outdoor adventures come home to soak in the brand new jetted hot tub for 6 guests located in a private setting with excellent views of the ski hill.It is located on top of the garage roof and is shared with other registered guests.
There is free parking for two vehicles on site with a gated entrance which welcomes you to your vacation home.

Snowpeaks chalet has Wifi with a smart t.v. ,barbecue grill and comes fully stocked with paper products ( paper towel,toilet paper , tissues )bathroom toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner,hand soap) and detergents ( dish,dishwasher and laundry) as well as bed linens,towels.In addition, the kitchen is stocked with a coffee filter, trash bags,sponges,salt and pepper ,cookware ,bakeware,dishes, glasses, utensils and other standard small appliances.

No parties.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in or on the property.
