Right in the middle of Myrtlewood Golf Resort awaits Magnolia Place 103/4789! Sail your worries away at this beautiful Myrtle Beach condo located right near Broadway at the Beach.

This cozy two-bedroom, two-bath golf villa has all the comforts of home. When you enter this condo, you will first see the fully equipped kitchen with newly upgraded appliances. The living room offers nice comfy couches with a beautiful flat-screen television. There is a sleeper sofa available in the living room! Another new upgrade is the wood flooring throughout the common area.

In the master, you will find a king-sized bed and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds in it and is attached to the second bathroom. In the second bathroom, there is a stackable washer and dryer. You will also find a beautiful patio right outside of the living room area. Imagine sitting on the enclosed porch early in the morning just as the sun rises, having a hot cup of coffee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was located in the Myrtlewood area off of 48th Street and it was clean and well maintained. Getting to the beach was very easy. The place was affordable and is really great rental for a family with a couple of kids. The unit didn't have a DVD player which we would've preferred. But it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

During the busy season Palmetto was able to find us a great 2 bedroom, 1st floor unit at a reasonable price. Would suggest both for any future stays in the Myrtle Beach area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was not good. We had much traffic on our way to Myrtle Beach from Pennsylvania. We called the two office telephone numbers to report that we would be arriving after 5pm. there were only three options on the message from the office. It was press 8 if there is a fire, flood, or you cannot get into your condo. I pressed 8 and left my message. I made two calls, One in North Carolina and one from closer to MB. No response was received. When we arrived, we went to the office, it was getting dark and I had not received a text from anyone with a code to get into the box where the keys where located. Had it not been for two other families arriving t the same time, who did receive a code via test, I do not know how we would have gotten our keys. On Monday, 8/16, I went to the Palmetto office on Mayfair Street to inform them of our the difficulty we reported. The girl at the front desk confirmed they had an incorrect telephone number for me. I asked to speak with Ashley or Brittney. I was told someone would call me back that day. No one called me back until Tuesday when it was confirmed they knew they had the wrong number. They had sent a text, but to an incorrect person who left them know they had the wrong number. Yet, no one replied to the 2 messages I had left on Saturday during our travels to MB. In addition, the condo was not clean, the beds were not as described in the pictures Palmetto had sent to me. This was important, as I was traveling with an immune compromised spouse and had taken our own sheets and towels. I was unable to use the sheets! In addition, the condo was in disrepair, as doors were off the closets, the front screen door was not working properly. On Wednesday, the air conditioning stopped working, I again left a message. No reply from Palmetto Vacations. As my husband is immune compromised, the lack of air conditioning was a problem. It was not until Thursday, that our air conditioning was quickly repaire
