Welcome to this modern and spacious apartment located in the heart of
Umhlanga Ridge. Perfect for both leisure and business stays, this
stylish apartment offers great value and a convenient location close to
all the local amenities.

This 4th-floor apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each
with a king-size bed fitted with hotel quality linen and ample storage
space. The master bedroom includes an 55" Smart TV, while both bedrooms
have convenient plug points with USB ports. The apartment boasts two
modern bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet, shower, and washbasin.
The open-plan layout includes a dining area with seating for four and a
cozy lounge and a 70” Smart TV for entertainment as well as Netflix
provided. Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy
a BBQ on the gas braai while taking in the views.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals,
including a large frost-free fridge, electric stove, microwave and a
dishwasher. Additional conveniences include ducted air conditioning,
uncapped high-speed fibre and laundry facilities.
