When you’re not cafe-hopping you’ll find all you need to cook meals and a private balcony where you can enjoy an alfresco sundowner overlooking this trendy inner-city suburb.
This light and contemporary stay features an open-plan layout with thoughtful, pared-back furnishings while floor-to-ceiling windows draw the eye out to the balcony, allowing natural light to pour in and capturing sweeping views overlooking Melbourne.

The sleek, compact kitchen and dining area has everything needed to cook and enjoy meals when you’re not out and about discovering the local food scene, including a four-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Settle in on the sofa with a movie after a day of work or sightseeing, with split system heating and air conditioning ensuring year-round comfort, or head out to the private balcony to sip a sunset wine and soak up the rooftop views.

When it comes time to retire, an airy and inviting bedroom is appointed with a queen-size bed, side tables and reading lamps, while expansive windows offer elevated views. In the stylish bathroom, you’ll find a shower, modern vanity, mirrored cabinetry and complimentary toiletries, while a private washing machine is also available.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Sydney Road is just a few minutes’ stroll from your stay, where you can explore an array of cafes, bars, restaurants and retail shops. A 20-minute walk takes you to Royal Park, the largest of Melbourne’s inner-city parks (and home to Melbourne Zoo) where a large green expanse offers space for recreation or a quiet stroll while you enjoy your morning coffee. You’ll have easy access to the city and surrounding suburbs with Jewell and Brunswick train stations within a 10-minute stroll and tram stops along Sydney Road.

Sorry, but council rules prevent us from installing lockboxes for keys in this area. Our standard check-in hours are from 3pm to 9pm. If you check in after 9pm, a $35 fee applies. Please inform us as soon as possible if you'll be late to meet our key handler. We charge $50 per hour for late arrivals, which is the fee the service provider costs us.
