This is one of my favourite rental properties I’ve ever stayed in. It’s exactly as described, the owner made everything clear and simple, communication was great, apartment is adorable, location is great. We will absolutely want to stay again.

Okanagan Lake getaway

Excellent location, in a very well equipped unit with a lake view. Easy access for 2 choices to cool off, the lake, steps away from our unit, and the lovely pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub and found it very relaxing.Everything you need is not more than 5 -15 minutes away, shopping, great selection of restaurants and lots of interesting spots to visit. We have done the rail trail on previous stays, but ran out of time this visit!We had a great week away and are looking forward to next year.

This is a lovely, cozy condo. Having the view of the lake is a real plus, and the deck is really nice. Even in the chilly weather, it was a nice place to sit and enjoy the view…I can only imagine that in the summer it would be outstanding. The stairs will lead you down to the lake in no time at all, so you don’t even have to go through the building to get there. Seating was very comfortable and in the cool fall weather, it was nice to have the fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped and it was really nice to have the ice maker as well as the kettle. Bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely. The host was extremely helpful, providing outstanding instructions and checking in to make sure everything was going well. All in all, a wonderful stay and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic getaway on the lake!

We had an incredible stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The space is nicely decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The location was ideal and offered a beautiful view of the lake. The host was extremely responsive, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and comfortable getaway!

We are so pleased that we decided on this condo for our family getaway. The condo is even nicer than the pictures and was absolutely perfect for our family. The two bedrooms gave everyone their privacy. The condo is in very good condition with all of the essentials and more. We BBQ’d numerous times and the outdoor patio was a hotspot for relaxing. The kids enjoyed the large pool and the adults the hot tub. The condo property as a whole is also well cared for with lots of landscaping. The parking stall is easily accessible and the condo is in proximity to a number of great places in Vernon to grab a bite. Tana and Don are fantastic communicators and provided all sorts of information for our stay. Any couple or family looking to stay around Vernon should consider this property. We will def be back! Thanks Tana and Don!

Beautiful Accomodations

I recently stayed at this location for 5 nights, with family members. . Everything about this place is delightful. It is spacious, squeaky clean, with a wonderful view. This is one of the best equipped condos I have EVER stayed at. There is lots of everything, lots of towels, extra bedding, cookware, cleaning supplies, and essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. The beds are very comfortable. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. They are easy to communicate with, responsive to even the smallest things like burned out light bulbs. The hosts are very thoughtful, leaving small treats for the guests, like popcorn, candy and drinks. Definitely, this place is 5 star, and the hosts are 5 star. I hope I get to stay there again when I’m Vernon

We currently reside in Prince George, BC but love staying in our Vernon condo when we can and are happy to rent it out when we are not there.. We just switched from Airbnb to VRBO after being a SuperHost for the past 3 years and hope you will enjoy our condo and the extra things we provide to ensure an enjoyable visit.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Strand Lakeside Resort is just that. More of a resort than just a condo building. A beautiful and well kept building right on Okanagan Lake with an amazing pool and hot tub. The condo is a short walk to the 1516 Pub on the waterfront and close to a small shopping centre with a grocery store and several fast food outlets. Downtown and the main street are only a 10 minute drive away. We are about 35 minutes from the Kelowna International airport.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The best thing for us is the amazing view of the lake and the fact that our condo is one of the very few that has direct, walk out access to the lake and dock area.
