Access to the house was easy & simple, with use of a code. House was clean, bright, and welcoming. Pool was heated, so was just the right temperature for a swim, day or night. We are able to see dolphins swim by in the canal and enjoyed watching wildlife from the dock. A great balance of sunshine & shaded areas.

Great communication. The house was very clean and welcoming. The kids loved the pool and all the toys they had available. We loved watching the dolphins and manatees in the morning.

This house is in great condition in an amazing location. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need in a kitchen. Having the river in the backyard was a huge plus. We were able to see dolphins and manatees every day right off the back deck. The downside of our stay was that the pool heater was not working properly, but the property manager was very receptive and responsive to our needs while we were there.

Amazing property!!

The house was amazing. Very spacious, very clean, and it was wonderful to have our own pool and a less than 5 minute drive to the beach! Would recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing time and a short drive to Disney!

House was beautiful, private pool, and on a canal. Saw dolphins in canal every day!! Great location, short walk to beach, and many restaurants. If I am ever back in cocoa beach, we would rent property again!!

Nice open living area and back patio/pool. Decent beds, good sized rooms. A little dated baths but not a concern for us. Appeared professionally/properly cleaned which is much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay! Loved every minute of it. Very clean! We saw dolphins and manatees in the Lagoon early morning . Only issue was with the outside screens. Couldn’t enjoy much of outside because of the screens broken and mosquitos getting in. But overall it was perfect!

Spotlessly Clean!

Wonderful home. Super clean! Kitchen has so many amenities to make for an amazing stay! Crockpot, tea pot, toaster, coffee pot, amazing cookware and extras! Ceiling fans, plenty of towels, fireplace is extra and firepit. The view is so special. Saw manatees this morning.

I stayed with my wife and our teenage kids and we all loved this place.We loved sitting out on the dock in the backyard each morning with coffee. Although we didn’t see any dolphins or manatees out there on those mornings, we were told by locals that they are commonly seen there.The beds and pillows were great, the rooms were spacious, the AC was cold, and the heated pool was used often.The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with paper towels and dish detergent and everything you need. We did pick up and leave some spices there; salt and pepper alone don’t cut it if you want to do some grilling.The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well.We would absolutely stay here again. Great communication with the property manager, and checking in and out were so easy.

Great house, great location

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this property. We were very disappointed by the heated pool, the water was mid 70's most of our stay and never got above 80 so we had a lot of brisk swims. However, this was the only downside. The property was very clean, easy walk to the beach, and fishing off the dock was a favorite of our family. We were able to see dolphins and manatees in the river one day and also had lots of dolphins in the ocean on trips to the beach.

Our vacation was complete because of this rental! The location is prime. You are steps away from many delicious, vibrant establishments AND steps away from the beach. The rental includes a wagon, beach chairs and toys— super useful for our small children. The pool was heated and also included pool toys and floats. If I hade any questions, the communication was fast and friendly. The best part of this rental— the amount of wildlife you see!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the pier everyday. We found ourselves drinking our coffee, while watching dolphins, manatees, and pelicans. Absolutely incredible. We had a fantastic trip. Thanks!
