Perfect ideal stay if you want something less chaotic yet near the strip. I was in town for work, and the location and room was perfect. Very clean, great balcony, plenty of towels, and a comfortable bed.

The room was nice and it did have a well equipped kitchen although the pans need replacement and we couldn't get the garbage disposal to turn on not sure if it wasn't hook to the switch? Overall very nice comfortable room.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. The suite was immaculate, loaded with premium amenities, and offered an incredible balcony view of the Strip. The location is ideal, with everything on the south end an easy walk away. SVS was a phenomenal host, providing seamless communication and a stress-free late check-out.Having full access to hotel staff was a huge bonus. When I experienced a medical emergency during our stay, the staff’s response went above and beyond all expectations. From the front desk and security to the management team, they acted with incredible speed and compassion, providing first aid and keeping me calm until the ambulance arrived. Knowing you’re in such capable, caring hands makes all the difference. This is, hands down, the best place we’ve stayed in Vegas.

We’ll be back

Loved our stay, it was a very comfortable and roomy suite for us, the kitchenette has everything, the beds are great, we all slept really well and it’s had a big bathroom. Would definitely recommend as there were no parking or resort fees so it’s brilliant value for money.

Great location, wonderful amenities, fantastic staff

Great location! Can walk to Strip easily. Pools were nice and relaxing but the option to go to the Grand Pool was a fun change. The hotel staff was great too! Make sure you have adequate for tips for the valets, bartenders and waitresses at the pool, and for the bellhops. The suite was nice and clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook up a good breakfast before heading out for the day.

This was by far one of the best bookings! Perfect view, loved the balcony!!! Room was great had a lot of things to offer and jacuzzi was a plus!! Check in and out was great and valet parking was the icing on the cake!! Def would book again and recommend to anyone

The host was fantastic with communication. Any message to them was replied to within minutes, and thoroughly. This unit is much larger than any local hotel room and at a fraction of the price.

Overall we liked the location and the facilities were nice. The things we didn't like:1. Garbage disposal didn't work2. Only a wine fridge. A freezer would have been nice3. We were there a week, and with just two small trash cans with no cleaning service to empty them, we had to empty them ourselves.

When we checked in, we found that our room had not been cleaned properly. There was trash and dishes scattered everywhere, the bed was unmade, and the bathroom was dirty—overall, it was not ready for us. The staff cleaned the room quickly while we were waiting inside, which took about an hour. However, they did accommodate us with an extra hour for check-out. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
