Everything about our stay was fantastic. The hostesses were great about communicating with me before and during my stay. The room had nice little touches that made it feel like a home and not a hotel. They also had snacks and champagne for us upon arrival. I will definitely be staying with them next year for my conference. Many thanks to all of their kindness.

This place was amazing in all regards, as other reviewers have noted. We and our friends (who are frequent visitors and stay in other units) are also condo owners in Hawaii, renting our units most of the time, so we understand the challenges of providing consistent, top level rentals. They were amazed, and a little jealous, of the extra touches we had that they didn’t. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very easy to walk or uber from Tower 1. Room is spacious and has everything you need. Bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!Very good communication with owners.

Great location, excellent and responsive host, large space and great use of MGM hotel amenities. We for sure stretched the capacity of the room with 4 adults but if you’re a couple looking for an extended stay this would be a great place. It was perfect for a short weekend for a group of 4. We had a short uber trip for our show at the Sphere and it was close enough to walk to the other shows we saw on the strip. Overall it’s worth it for the price.

Pros: The pillows were great, the shower was spacious, the A/C worked very well. The location is great - close to everything we could possibly need. Bonus points for having a Starbucks and a bar in the tower lobby, as well as a private pool for the tower. The hosts even left us some snacks and a bottle of champagne, which was a great touch.Cons: some things need to be updated. There was some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom by the sink, and the handle on the toilet probably needs to be replaced. There was a plank of flooring out of alignment with the others. Some of the furniture was pretty scuffed up. And the rug, while obviously brand new, was shedding like crazy and leaving threads everywhere. But those things really didn't have a negative impact on our stay.Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice property with connected access to MGM Grand. We enjoyed the onsite pools at signature. The unit was clean and cool. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend and stay again.

Room was as advertised but another plus is that room is close to the elevator but you definitely do not hear it. Tina was very available and communicated clearly to resolve any minor issues. Treats upon arrival were a nice touch.
