No Resort Fees.... This is an Independently-owned and managed 874 sqft executive luxury condo. This condo has a full separate1 bedroom with a king size bed, and 2 full baths private condo with a balcony. Also has a queen-size pullout sleeper couch. Can comfortably sleep 4 people.

This luxury condo contains, a full kitchen, dining area, and a generous living room with a flat screen 42inch HDTV, includes cable and free WIFI.

Master bedoom has its own HDTV and a large private full bathroom with a jacuzzi hot tub and shower and double sinks.

Private Balcony with a view of the TOP Golf / Mountains.

The Signature also contains a Starbucks / Cafe / workout facility / a small business center and a private pool.

Centrally located and a short walk to the Vegas Strip. Connected to MGM GRAND via air conditioned moving walkways that takes you into the MGM Grand Casino from the Signature buildings.

Close to the MGM casinos and the Las Vegas Strip and some world-renowned restaurants, food court, nightclubs, convention centers and concert venues, and the new Allegiant Stadium!

Amazing and convenient

My husband and I found the condo to be relaxing and convenient to pretty much everything. It was clean and comfortable. Being on the second floor was much nicer than we thought it would be. We were so happy the speed walkways were in the hallways between tower 1 and MGM Grand as it would be a 15 minute walk from the elevator in tower 3 to the lazy river otherwise. Make sure to pick up a 42 or 46 inch float at Target or Walmart to use in the lazy river. The floats were 30-40 each and 10 to blow them up for you. The lazy river was wonderful except for the multitudes of people standing in the way and getting mad when you bumped into them. Unfortunately, one cannot walk to the food court areas or any of the MGM casino areas without coming out smelling like a used ashtray. This was the only true drawback of the stay. There were zero nonsmoking casino areas and the smoke permeated the entire area. Overall, the condo was excellent, the stay was excellent and we plan to visit again very soon.

Great suite & location

Staying at the Signature has always been my favorite. I have never stayed in Tower 3. It is a little bit longer of a walk to MGM, but you can always go out on the street to have an easy walk to the strip.

This was supposed to have 2 bathrooms and only one properly worked, as well as one of the sinks in the master bath being clogged. Tons of body hair and the bedding didn’t really smell even remotely clean. It was luxury on the outside but def not inside. Was not worth how expensive it was to stay here.

It’s a gem!

What a lovely apartment. It’s huge with 2 full bathrooms. Extra paper towels, bathroom towels and toilet paper. Water pressure and the jetted tub are just perfect. Kitchen comes with everything including oil, and spices. (Only recommendation would be to please add a scissors and a spatula and ladle. It is hard to cook and scoop dishes with a spoon, not to mention its harsh on the pans) Building 3 is the closest to the main road and literal 5 minute walk to Planet Hollywood. Joe is very prompt.

Great suite away from the noise and crowds.

This is an excellent property in Tower 3 - far away from the crowds and the casinos. We were in Vegas for a convention and after a long day, it was great to retreat to the apartment and get away from constant smoke smell that permeates all of the casinos. Very clean. It would have been nice to have the chest of drawers in the living room moved to the bedroom, instead of the writing desk that is in there - no place to put our clothes. The covered walkway to MGMGrand and the monorail worked perfectly for our needs. Our only issue was with the front desk - we had to contact them three times in order to get our luggage from the bellcap and it still took forever. We ran out of toilet paper and could not additional rolls from the staff. Also, the pool in Tower 3 was not accessible; only the pool in Tower 2 and Grand was open. No big deal unless you're there for the pool. We'll be back! Thanks!

Great location but missing a few elements

So we stay at these all the time, different ones, different buildings, different owners, etc. so I have experience in terms of what to expect. Check in and valet was awesome as usual. LOVED being in the one bedroom option. We don't always do that, so this was great. Everything worked in the unit, and that was also great because I think a lot of renters are hard on them- cause it's Vegas. Had to contact the owner while there and he was super quick to get back to us which was GREAT, and had them bring up some of the stuff we were missing which was also great. Having said that, this isn't a very well stocked unit. There was literally no kitchen cooking utensils at all other than 3 knives. I get that people swipe stuff, but I mean nothing. We book these because we like to make breakfast ourselves and I ended up making eggs with a spoon (which isn't easy when I fry them) and which is also very hard on the pans (which made me feel bad). On the plus side there was extra glassware which is bigger than what I usually see, and 2 big coffee mugs which was beyond fabulous. There was not, however, a spatula (the owner apologized and the cleaning crew brought us a whisk which is great but not what I needed), or a cooking spoon or anything else you might need in the kitchen including a cutting board. No kitchen towels, 1 hand towel, no TP extra, so be warned.

This is a fantastic room and close to the casino! You have the option for the mega pool at MGM or their private pool and hot tub at your condo. I will be planning my return trip here; the bed was fantastic and lots of room in the condo. Book and you won't regret it!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, as always. We've been coming here for about six years and don't plan on changing anything. This host is incredibly responsive and friendly, making communication a breeze. The room was clean and spacious, and we especially loved having a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, it makes a huge difference. Check-in and checkout were both fast and easy; you can just click "checkout" on the TV. One minor snag was getting a luggage cart during a busy Monday morning checkout. We tried calling for a luggage cart, but we waited 30 minutes and no one showed, so we called again and waited another 20 minutes, then gave up and took all the luggage down ourselves. However, the valet was quick to bring our car around. The hotel's location is perfect, and we enjoyed dining at many of the restaurants inside the MGM without ever having to step outside into the heat. We highly recommend this hotel, and our experience with this host was exceptional.
