House was as advertised...close to a good beach access. Bathrooms were top notch...one though only had a deep bathtub & was a bit hard to get in/out. Some areas could have been a bit cleaner but overall fine.

Nice place

Very nice being able to just drive right into the garage.Our only issue was the stairs. I didn’t look closely enough to not have stairs.

Short Stay At The Coast

A sweet short trip. This nicely located rental had everything we needed. We brought our amazon firestick, so the rainy evenings were occupied with entertainment. We've learned over the years... My partner is a handyman and did some maintenance around the place - loose hinges and faucets... Hopefully the owners appreciate the effort : )

Noticed a few ants upon entry, multiple dead flies around the house and on top of the stairs as you entered the living room. The next morning we noticed an accumulation of ants on the main bathroom counter upstairs, waking up the next morning we went to use the main shower, noticed the entire toilet and sink wall/counters infested with ants and our personal items covered in ants. In addition, the amount of cobwebs and dust in the main living area was a cause for concern, telescope kids wanted to use had cobwebs strung across it to the wall, almost as if nobody had been there to clean in a while. We also noticed cobwebs and dust bunnies collected in the corners behind the couch, stair landing/top of stairs and under the dining room window, which was noticed as our diaper bag for our children had them accumulated on it. Non existent screen door on main floor patio was inconvenient, also may be part of the issue with flying insects scattered throughout, limiting your access to ocean views and sounds from inside, feeling as we couldn't open it and fresh air. Also the ability to enjoy ocean air as to reasons for staying so close. Missing window covering also let ample light in first thing in the morning/lack of privacy in the main bed upstairs. close to beach and access to garage was nice but wouldn’t stay again. Gave host chance to make it right, we were ghosted with no responses. Pictures of ants were after we cleaned up what we could. Accumulation of issuespoor stay experience

Had we heard from you during your stay, we would have happily sent our housekeeping team out to investigate and remedy your concerns in real time. That being said, the issues shouldn't have happened in the first place and I can assure you we are taking them seriously. We had a professional pest control treatment completed at the home and sent your notes to our housekeeping team about the cobwebs they need to deep clean. And we sincerely appreciate the feedback about the patio screen and the bedroom window covering and will consider it when next planning home upgrades. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve.
