All that you want for your beach holiday is here in this spacious modern holiday home. Some of the best views in Mangawhai greet you as you enter the upper level and there is a large deck for making the most of the vista. Located across the road from the estuary and only a minute or so walk to the surf beach you can leave the car behind.
The house is modern and funky but not pretentious and designed for 2 families to enjoy together or one family to really spread out! With 5 bedrooms, two bathroooms and an extra toilet it caters well to large groups.
You'll struggle to decide which of the beaches to walk to or whether or not you should just open up the massive ranch sliders and just laze around the house and enjoy the spectacular sea views on offer. In the winter there is a large gas fire place to keep things cozy.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect place for our family. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We chose this property for our wedding stay and it couldn’t have been more special. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and helpful which made our stay even better.

Was a great size house for us (8 adults and 2 children) the main lounge and kitchen area accomated us comfortably.

Great property. What a view!
Clean and welcoming, this was a wonderful property for a bunch of Mum's escaping the kids for the weekend. Perfect location, friendly and helpful shuttle service and the views!

Manawhai group stay
Fantastic property for a large group, amazing ocean views and plenty of space. Property manager was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Will absolutely be coming back here again.

Great stay overall. The views are incredible, walking distance to the beach, estuary and playground. The house is spacious enough to fit comfortably our 3 families with 1 yound child each. The house is well furnshished. We would love to come back.again. Thanks

Close to the beach, spacious home great for groups
We had a lovely stay, the property is spacious and the large deck just perfect for meals and afternoon drinks. Close to the beach which is great.
The kitchen is well equipped, great water pressure in the bathrooms and excellent parking for multiple cars.

Slice of paradise
Absolutely lovely spot for the family, easy access to the beach and plenty of space and seating for everyone. The house was tidy and clean and amenities were easy to use. Tha K you for having us 😊

Winter escape
Fabulous house to share a winter escape. Spacious and very close to beach walks. Beautiful views for time spent indoors and large gas fire gives a cosy vibe.

Amazing Views
We loved the house. It was comfortable with a lovely kitchen. The open rooms and the deck really brought nature in. Conveniently located next to a beautiful beach and hiking trail.

Amazing weekend Away at Spits End.
The property is very well maintained and equipped. The views from the lounge/kitchen area are amazing. The location is also very handy with the house only being a 5-minute walk to the beach which has amazing walks, or the supermarket. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

View from the main lounge and top 2 bedrooms is absolutely gorgeous. House is a short walk to the beach. Fantastic house for our large family group. With 2 x bedrooms downstairs plus 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. We highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

Mangawhai treat
This is second time we’ve rented this property.
It’s well situated, close to beaches and very comfortable.
Indoor dining table could be bigger (for larger groups) however everything was well appointed and a delight.

Perfect weekend getaway
Staying at this stunning property was an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived we felt at home, relaxed and rejuvenated. The host was super friendly and always just a message away, ready to help with anything we needed. The property manager was a gem too, making us feel right at home.The house itself was stunning—breathtaking views that made our stay magical! It was cozy, kid-friendly, and spotless—hygiene was on point. Honestly, it was one of the best holidays we've had. We can't wait to go back and have already recommended it to all ourfamily and friends. Cheers to great times and epic memories!
