This unique place has a style all its own. This beautifully appointed 2 storey townhouse comes with stylish floorboards and ducted reverse-cycle aircon. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living space offers quality appliances, 8 person dining and a huge wall-mounted Smart TV. Glass doors lead out to an al-fresco deck. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own dedicated bathroom. Stroll to supermarkets, eateries, shops, Preston Market and more. Off-street parking is available, along with nearby train station.
With polished floors and ducted reverse-cycle aircon throughout, youâll first enter the townhouse into an entrance hall with a glass-topped side table for your keys. A corridor then leads you into an open-plan kitchen/dining living area. The kitchen comes equipped with marble benchtops, 5-burner gas cooktop, a wide Miele under-bench electric oven, a microwave, Miele dishwasher, a family-sized double door LG fridge and coffee-maker. Just off the kitchen youâll find a separate laundry space with a top-loader washing machine and separate dryer. Thereâs a dining table for 8 people and a rug for winter comfort, beyond which is the living area, offering a sofa for 3 people, an occasional chair, a coffee table, a large wall-mounted Smart TV and another rug for comfort. A flight of stairs takes you up to the houseâs 2nd storey where youâll find 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, block-out blinds and a walk-in wardrobe that has a private bathroom off it, with its own large shower recess and a separate bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms on this level have double beds and built-in wardrobes, as well as ensuite bathrooms with large shower recesses.
Situated 9 kilometres (5.6 miles) from Melbourneâs CBD (Downtown), Preston is a vibrant suburb teaming with shops, eateries and bars, and growing in popularity as it continues to be gentrified.
