Jayhawk Cottage With High Speed Wifi

The Jayhawk Cottage is located in town and has enough room to sleep 12 comfortably. Upon entering the home from the spacious front porch there is a nice area for you to take your shoes off or your winter gear so you can get comfortable immediately. If you had a little too much fun on your latest Red River AtV adventure there is a laundry room upon the entrance with a washer and dryer.

The home has a full-size kitchen with an open concept. The living room is centrally located in the house and has plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably as you talk about your Red River adventures of the day as well as a queen sleeper sofa. The home also has a large dining table that sits eight (with the extra leaf) and the kitchen island can be used as a bar for additional eating area.

By nature most think of a cottage as being small, however this cottage has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! The master bedroom is located off the living room on its own side of the house with a master bath ensuite that has a garden tub and walk-in shower. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle! The kids would love that!

As you go down the hallway, you will find an additional three bedrooms that have queen size beds and a full-size bathroom on each side of the hallway. This is a great convenience for large groups.

There is a large porch both in the front and the back of the house. In the back of the home, there is a ramp that leads to the back porch for which makes this ideal for anyone that uses a wheelchair.

This home does have High Speed WiFi, direct tv, DvD player and there is plenty of trailer parking. It's a good choice if you have someone who works remotely! Sorry, this home does not allow pets.
