Regarding your arrival, our housekeeping team was completing the final preparations to ensure the home was ready for your stay. While this delayed your immediate access to the property, we appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. We are also very sorry about the odor you experienced upon arrival. After investigating, we determined the smell was coming from trash containers outside, including a neighboring property's trash can. Although the source was not entirely within our control, we took immediate action by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the area to eliminate the odor affecting our guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and the issue has since been resolved. We're glad you contacted us promptly regarding the air conditioning. While the system resumed normal operation after the breaker was reset and did not experience any additional issues during your stay, we understand how uncomfortable that situation was, especially during the summer months. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool and grill. We make every effort to accurately represent our properties through photos and descriptions and never want guests to feel misled.
