Keypad lock to access the unit, code provided at check-in.
The heated underground parkade is equipped with EV charger stations. A keycard for the parkade is located inside the unit and MUST be left upon on the kitchen counter upon checkout ($50 replacement fee). The key is NOT required to exit the parkade. Street parking is also available.
The pool requires an access code provided at check-in.
A Banff Park Pass is provided for the duration of your stay ($150 replacement fee). Please leave on kitchen counter on departure.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured with great views and amenities. We loved the comfy king bed, the balcony looking out at the mountains, and being able to pop down for a hot tub first thing in the morning. Overall, a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Stayed this past weekend. Condo was perfect. Exactly how it was described. Loved the little touches of robes and slippers when we used the hot tub. Already booked another stay in January! Highly recommend!

Messaged Kristi the night before asking if we could possibly check in early or just leave our bags in the room beforehand. There was a snow storm anticipated so we were getting to Canmore earlier than anticipated. No reply. Ok that’s fine. It wasn’t an expectation by any means. What I DO expect though is to get access to the rental at check in time. All the instructions say you won’t get the code for the door until closer to check in, which is 4:00. 3:00 nothing, 3:30 nothing. I figure maybe it’s an auto send at 4:00 so we take our luggage up to the room in the hall and at 4:00 we are waiting. Nothing. Text Kristi, no reply. Call Kristi, no answer, message on the app, no reply. It’s now 4:20, all our luggage in the hallway still, and I decide to call one more time while my husband and child are begging me to just book with the hotel when Kristi answers and gives me the code. Not acceptable. Pros: outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub are great. Park pass is nice We have stayed at Stoneridge before, but though the hotel side. Usually you get a bit more with vrbo, coffee or welcome basket, so we booked vrbo this time. Disappointed to see freezer burnt nabob in the freezer and nothing else. In fairness, I forgot the top to my daughters bathing suit in the dryer after check out. Kristi reached out to let me know and offered to send it which was nice. We declined but this review was a 3 star until then. Would definitely stay again, but through the hotel.

Thank you for your feedback, I am genuinely sorry for the delay you experienced at check-in. I completely understand how frustrating that can feel after a long day of travel!
It appears there was a technical issue with the app that prevented the access details from sending and unfortunately I wasn’t notified on my end. As soon as I became aware, I provided the information right away!
I always aim to create a smooth, welcoming experience for my guests, and had I known sooner that there was an issue, I would have resolved it immediately, as I consistently do! Additionally, had you let me know how upset you were over the 20 minutes, I absolutely would have made it up to you however you saw fit. Never hesitate to communicate with your hosts, we are here and happy to help make your experience a great one.

Great Stay in Canmore
We had a great stay in Canmore at this property. The property was as described. The condo was very clean and well furnished. There is a pool and hot tub very conveniently located. Beautiful view of the mountains in the background. There is underground parking but I believe the height limit is 6'6" - our SUV made it but barely :) The owner also provided a parking pass and national park pass which came in handy when going to Banff. I would definitely consider coming back to this place. Thank you Kristi.

Serenity
This was supposed to be a quiet and quick getaway for us. It delivered many times over! The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. It was super clean. The view overlooking the pool area with the mountains in the background was tremendous. The bed was super comfortable and the overall space was quiet. There was even a pass for Banff National Park provided for use. The Canmore area has spectacular scenery and no shortage of activities and attractions. The food scene is tremendous with so many great options for dining out for every meal. Before we left home we had a couple of questions for Kristi and she responded quickly. The check out instructions at the end of our stay were clear and concise. We are new to using VRBO and Kristi made this an easy and safe process for us.

Apartment first class, resort complex disappointing.
We had stayed at Stoneridge twice before and were excited to go back, though only for one night. Firstly the hot tub was closed for maintenance on the first day, unavoidable - but on a national holiday? It was open shortly after 10am on the second day, shortly after we left it as we were checking out at 11. However the pool should have opened at 9 but at 9.20 we had to ask reception to arrange this. The pool area had not been cleaned, leaves and debris we had to scoop out ourselves, the sauna was not on and was freezing, and had juice bottles left from previous evening. Even at 11 the pool debris had not been cleared away.Not what we expected from this resort. Disappointing.
