Parking is only available in the garage. Free/paid street parking is available. Building Management may levy fines if these rules are not followed.

Street parking, it is first come, first served, and we cannot guarantee availability. Please arrange in advance if you plan to bring more than one vehicle. (especially during peak season)

Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Living room chairs and sofa bed were replaced within past 2 years.

Air conditioner in operation from Jun 1 to Sept 30 every year.

Late departure & luggage drop-off is not allowed.
