Start the first morning of your vacation at Bliss By The Bay with a jog or golf cart ride to the Gulf side of the resort where the sugar-white sands await!  Floating in those picturesque emerald waters and soaking up the warm Florida sunshine, your days at the beach will have you refreshed and relaxed.  Release the explorer inside and rent a stand-up paddleboard for a unique way to venture out along the coast.  If you prefer a pool, enjoy the private neighborhood pool, restricted to Harbour Point residents and guests.  You'll also have access to two resort pools on the Bayside, just minutes from your front door.
 
As the afternoon winds down, head back to your bay views at Bliss By The Bay and get ready for a great night out at the nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf where the fun rarely stops!  Dozens of restaurants, retail shops, and seasonal events like concerts and fireworks shows await.   Once in Baytowne, take the walking path to the Baytowne Marina and watch the boats come in with their day's catch.  Visit nearby Grand Blvd for more dining and entertainment venues, plus convenient grocery shopping and unique boutiques.  Leave the car behind and explore these bayside attractions by golf cart, included with your vacation condo.  To reach the beach by golf cart, take the tunnel near the security gate and your toes will be in the sand within minutes!

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.
