Once inside, you'll find 3 finished floors, 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, newly remodeled kitchen, dining area with seating for 8, living area with seating for 10, a kids play area, and a workout equipment all ensuring your stay will not only be comfortable but memorable. This home also features a large patio equipped with a grill and entertaining space. The house is extremely private and has a two car garage.

Amazing East Cobb Rental!

I rented this for my grad party guests and it was perfect!! Clean, lots of space, plenty of parking and super flexible and easy to work with company! They accommodated us with early checkin and late checkout! I would definitely rent this place again and recommend to others!!!

Great spacious place to stay

We were down for a baseball tournament in East Cobb. The house was clean, spacious, and worked perfectly for three families (6 total guests). I would recommend this house for future stays.

Clean and family friendly

The property was very conveniently located for our needs. Close to grocery store, restaurants and attractions. There were activities for the kids and we had all the amenities that we needed! The host responded in a timely manner with kindness and was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again if we are in gbe area!

Father son baseball trip

This property was perfect for our father son travel baseball trip. We had five father son families so the five bedrooms worked out just right. The boys hung out downstairs playing foosball and watching the big screen tv.

Wedding weekend

We rented this house for 6 adults and 2 children while attending a wedding nearby. Reserving the house and communicating with the manager was easy. The property was accurately described in the listing. It was clean and well furnished. Great location and very nice neighborhood. We were very pleased with the rental.

Had to leave early

This home was quite old/outdated and quite dirty. Large dead roaches were found on the floor. Urine found on couches, chairs, and in multiple beds. We had to leave and find different lodging because of the lack of cleanliness.

Mediocrity ruins Comfort

The house in East Cobb falls short of our expectations set by inaccurate marketing in their listing. Sure it offered comfort and space for my party of 8 adults and 4 kids, with its 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, with one bedroom and one bathroom in the basement, but the house was not as promised. In case you don’t read this whole review just know that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OWNED BY MOUNTAIN SIGHTS RENTALS due to the owners not truly considering what lack luster service we experienced. I’m about to disclose many factors that caused me to give such a low score and review. The only 5 star worthy element of this experience was the consistent communication the property manager provided. I sent at least three emails communicating my concerns and the manager did his best to comply. The cleanliness of the house is perhaps my greatest concern. Under the couches and the beds we found old candy, old toys and a cream from previous guests. Not to mention the layers of dust and dust bunnies giving our kids allergies. Whoever they used to clean the house does not clean beneath these not so hard to reach places. The wifi was slow at best especially when most of us tried to log into it. At one point I had to notify the property manager that the Internet had gone out. The playroom area is considerably comfortable for the kids to play, however the small basketball hoop, in the listing pictures, was partially broken upon our arrival. Needless to say, the basketball rim eventually fell off! The house overall felt neglected, with water leaks from the master bathtub evident, a cracked kitchen counter with an aging sealant. Within a matter of days of our stay, when it rained, we had water come in through the base of the basement walls. And so I contacted the property manager but his team of maintenance could only “potentially” show up the morning we would check out. To avoid three straight nights of having my kids sleep in a damp basement we left a night early to be safe. We wanted to leave early from our stay but it ultimately would have been a bigger discomfort to move all of my party out. And so, since we stayed for most of the days the property owners denied our request for any kind of refund. They put “policy” over the integrity of service they should display their guests. They claim they will take action in response to the issues we had in the house and for the sake of future guests. I hope they truly do.

We are committed to providing amazing guest experiences and we are very sorry to hear that we did not live up to this standard during your stay. The cleanliness under the couches and beds has been addressed, as well as the leak in the basement. We have replaced the basketball goal upstairs and updated the games and activities we offer in the playroom as well. When unexpected circumstances occur during a guest stay, we have our experienced maintenance team address the issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately this does not always mean that they can make it the same day as when the issue occurs. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with a wonderful experience.

This home was perfect for our long weekend stay-with10 adults and 1 child we had plenty of comfy bedrooms and space to gather both inside and out. Most of the home has undergone a recent renovation and was immaculately clean.

Great Short-Stay Rental

We rented this home for a week while moving from out-of-state. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms upstairs with a play area and 2 bathrooms, and another bedroom, bath and living room in the basement. Wifi was excellent. We especially appreciated the separate dining room and eat-in kitchen. The backyard is fully fenced. It is a well laid out and comfortable home. We had one issue upon arrival which the owner/property manager handled immediately.
