Judith's Great Escape-hot tub & movie room!

This gorgeous home has been fully renovated from top to bottom and thoughtfully designed with our guests in mind!

This is a single family home with a basement. On the main level, you’ll find a gorgeous chef's kitchen, living area, dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. Downstairs in the basement, there’s a movie room fully equipped with an 85” smart TV, 7.1 surround sound system, a large sectional sofa and a mini fridge. One large bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bathroom are located downstairs as well.

The outdoor areas are just as lovely as the inside! Enjoy 3 separate patios with outdoor seating areas, a dining table and a grill. A large brand new hot tub has been installed under the carport which provides added privacy and protection from the elements! The backyard is beautiful and tranquil with large trees and peaceful vibes.

All 5 bedrooms are equipped with smart tvs. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suites.
We can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and outdoor areas.

The yard is not fenced.

Other things to note
-The driveway can comfortably park 3 cars and there’s parking for one other car on the street.

- The basement entertainment room has surround sound.

-Congratulations! you found the booking phrase "Bones" which is a landmark fine dining location for impeccable service and a superb steak. Mention "Bones" in your request to book to show you read the details.

-NO smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. This includes but is not limited to, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping and hookah. If any evidence of smoking inside is found after your stay, a $300 fine will be charged to you.

-Window treatments alert: There is an upper bedroom window shaped like a triangle in both the master bedroom and one of the guest rooms that do not have a window covering. Natural light can come in during daytime hours. These are upper windows and not on eye level. There are also windows without window treatments in the living areas. There are upper triangle windows in the living room and a sliding glass door that goes out to a patio off of the front sitting room. No one can see in these windows as the house is on a hill and away from the street. Please review the photos to see the windows that to not have curtains. All eye-level windows in the bedrooms have full curtains for privacy and light blocking.

-The hot tub has additional rules posted at the house. By booking this home and using the hot tub, you are agreeing to those rules. Please no jewelry, food, glass, bubbles, soap, body oils, or toys in the hot tub. Please refill hot tub with the hose provided after every use if water splashes out. No loud music that can be heard by the neighbor.

- The yard is not fenced. If you have pets, keep them on a leash or contained at all times.
