The apartment was nicely equipped, large and comfortable.Beach access was easy and the pool was a nice option. Would stay again.

This a a cute comfortable unit. We loved the space and loved that everyone bedroom had its own bathroom. We had to call maintenance 1 time and he showed up 10 mins later which shocked us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach view was a bit obstructed, we were more on the side than water facing which I was not expecting. Sink water would not warm up much so hard to clean dishes other than dishwasher. Very roomy, layout was great, looked wonderful and great location. We had a fantastic time there and will consider that location again in the future!

Great Vacation

We chose this property over several others based on the location. Right on the beach and so close to restaurants and things to do. The main drag is also close by for shopping and groceries. We really enjoyed staying here!

Was'nt over crowded at the beach. Very pleasant

It was clean. Great boardwalk access to the beach. Outside shower to clean up and very nice pool. We had a blast

Beach Vibes

Plenty of room for six adults. Condo was clean and the staff was willing to help in anyway, even helped secure parking for our boat. Communication was great.

Didn’t want to leave!

My boyfriend and I had a great time. Our unfortunate planning made it a very rainy weekend, but we enjoyed the area and still watching and hearing the waves.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was great. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms served our family of 5 so well. Good kitchen supplies, an ice maker in the freezer, and direct access to the beach. This had everything we needed for a great stay on Amelia Island.

Clean and steps to the beach!

The unit was a great size and nicely decorated. Even though the weather was cold 3 of the 5 days, we still had plenty to do and even managed to relax some. By the end of the week, we were able to go to the pool and the beach. The owners were great and the maintenance staff on site was available if needed. Would stay here again!

Amazing stay

Our annual choice to stay. We love the convenient close pool and connecting boardwalk to the beach. Most of the time we feel as though we have the place to ourselves. Very clean, amazing staff. It's always so quiet and weve met some wonderful guest. We've stayed in several of the 3 bedroom units. They are all amazing. Already looking forward to next year. We remain 100% satisfied.

Good location and steps to the beach!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit for spring break. The condo has plenty of room and is furnished nicely. This area of the beach isn't super crowded so that's nice too. Check-in is super easy and the management company text to make sure we had everything we needed. We will book again if we're back in Fernandina.
