PROFITEZ DU BEAU COUCHER DU SOLEIL MAUI! Le spacieux condominium Wailea Ekolu de 1 300 pieds carrés de Sharon est un appartement de deux chambres et deux salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan. Situé au rez-de-chaussée, il est entouré d'herbe et de feuillage luxuriant de l'île. Le condo peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement. L'unité est décorée avec goût avec des tissus et une décoration insulaires, y compris une télévision par câble à grand écran dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale, une grande laveuse-sécheuse et de nombreuses touches personnelles pour votre confort et votre plaisir. Le WiFi est inclus.
Le condo a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les petits appareils nécessaires pour votre séjour et de nombreux articles de garde-manger. Serviettes, draps, serviettes et chaises de plage, glacière et parasol sont inclus. Ekolu 807 possède également son propre barbecue au propane à double brûleur pour les dîners aux chandelles sur la terrasse. Le condo est refroidi par des brises tropicales (pas de climatisation).

Situé au milieu de dix-sept hectares de jardins magnifiquement entretenus, le village d'Ekolu de Wailea est situé sur le `` côté sec '' de Maui, à proximité de belles étendues de plages de sable blanc, superbes pour la baignade, la plongée en apnée et les sports nautiques. Vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil tout en regardant les baleines migrer de décembre à mars. Ekolu dispose de deux piscines. Le plus proche du condo est une promenade pratique de soixante secondes.

ATTENTION AUX GOLFEURS - Parmi les grandes destinations de golf du monde, Wailea est réputée pour sa météo idéale pour le golf. Le Wailea Golf Resort est classé parmi les meilleurs parcours de golf du pays par Golf Magazine et Golf Digest. We enjoyed our stay in Colleens condo very much! Location, equipment and communication was perfect. Also it was very clean. We loved the nice environment and pool as well as the beach stuff for the kids. Would love to stay again👍

Great condo in excellent location

We had an amazing stay at Wailea Ekolu 807. Clean, well equipped, and in a stellar location. I was there with friends and teens - there was plenty of space both in and outside and all the amenities to take to the beach. This is within walking distance of the Wailea Mall, restaurants and beaches! We had a fantastic stay!

Perfect for us!

Colleen is wonderful to work with and very prompt in replying. The kitchen was very well stocked both with dishes/pans and things like spices and ziplocs. Which was great because we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner while we were here. We love staying in Wailea. It's a perfect location.

Amazing get away

The unit is well equipped for 4 adults and has wonderful views of the ocean. It was a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We especially enjoyed the patio where we were able to watch the whales. Colleen was a great host and very responsive to all of our inquiries. I would definitley recommend this unit to family and friends. Overall, it was an amazing get away!

40th birthday celebration for our don

My husband and I booked this condo so we could take our son for his 40th birthday. It was perfect! Spacious, clean, well appointed. Great location with lovely view of ocean ! Colleen was very helpful and attentive to a few questions that came up.

Home away from home

The unit is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Wailea. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, retail, good walking, and most importantly the best beaches. Colleen is attentive and provides welcoming touches.

Wailea ekolu wonderful

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Lovely comfortable and welcoming. Whether relaxing on lanai watching sunset, making a meal in the clean well equipped kitchen, two minute walk to pool, easy drive to beaches, beach equipment, Yahtzee (we like games). First floor end unit with nice view and felt private. wonderful communication from Colleen—-highly recommend.

The property was beautiful, and the condo itself is fantastic! It was stocked with everything you would need that you wouldn’t want to bring on a plane for a Hawaiian vacation. There was great communication between us and the host. There were even fresh flower arrangements in the common area and bedrooms. It was everything you could hope for in a vacation rental.

Beautiful Escape

We loved our stay here. Coleen was lovely and very helpful. The property is perfect with ocean views and a huge pool. Everything you need is in the house. There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and various beach toys. Home is immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and fans if needed. Close to everything yet secluded for privacy. We loved it and will be back. Kisses to Keanu Leaves.

Birthday Trip to Maui

We found out unit to be very well appointed. It had everything we needed for our 7 day stay from beach chairs, umbrella to a complete kitchen. Our lanai gave us an incredible private show for sunset every evening. The only downside was we had a family of 5 with 3 young children above us with absolutely no regard for keeping the noise down. It started every morning at 6am for the entire week.

We love this place! My wife and I rented Ekolu 807 for three weeks in the summer of 2005 and now we are back for a the full month of July, 2007. We really enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful grounds, the comfortable condominium, and the nearby beaches. We swim in the ocean, usually at Ulua Beach, for one hour or more each morning at 7:30. Somedays we go to Honolua Bay for our swim. Ekolu 807 is perfect, and we look forward to another month's stay someday. And our thanks to Liz Ashley for the ease of booking this condominium.

My New Favorite Get Away

We just returned from a wonderful week at Sharon ’s condo and loved it so much that we have already booked our return for next year! Sharon ’s condo isn’t just another rental…it is truly a home. From the beautiful décor and comfortable furnishings to the well appointed kitchen we felt like we were guests at a friend’s special retreat. We enjoyed strolls to the beach, the shops, and some of Wailea’s wonderful restaurants but best of all was creating wonderful meals from local foods at home and having maitai’s while watching the sun set from the lanai. We feel so lucky to have discovered Ekolu 807 and we’re counting the days until we can be at this wonderful condo again!

Why Wailea -- because you should

We were travelling to Hawaii for a golfing vacation. Colleen's condo was the perfect location, very spacious and comfortable for three adults. Everything we needed for the perfect rest was just minutes away – shopping, golfing and relaxing on the beach or by the pool. It was rather unfortunate that it was unusually hot during our stay, or the condo would have been more enjoyable with just the ocean breezes. But we did make use of the extra fans provided. Colleen is very attentive to everyday needs - she supplies fully stocked kitchen, all beach necessities, and even a welcoming flower arrangement. We really hated to leave. Homey condo with lots of extras to make your stay perfect!

I rented this condo with my husband, and my best friend and her husband. It was perfect for two couples. The view from the patio is gorgeous (we got to watch the humpback whales right from the condo), and the house is very comfortable. The property is well outfitted with spices for cooking, condiments, tea, coffee, laundry soap, snorkel gear, beach chair, beach towels, beach bags, and more. We were SO thankful for all the little "extras" that prevented us from having to buy things that we would have had to leave behind or haul home. Colleen was also wonderful when we had a challenge with a noisy neighbor. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you're thinking of renting this condo, just do it!

Perfect Location and Well Stocked!

This condo is in the perfect location within Wailea and within the condo complex itself. It's right next to the pool and the back patio overlooks the ocean/sunsets! There are walking trails around the complex and a short 5 min walk leads to a cute coffee shop. The grounds are full of beautiful flowers and are well kept and clean. The condo is so well stocked with everything you will need for the beach (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, pool noodles, boogie board, 8 beach towels etc). The inside is clean and suited our girls trip perfectly. We were even greeted with fresh flowers on arrival. Parking is easy. There is no A/C but there were plenty of fans available to keep it cool.

When Berliners (from German Capitol City) praise, they say: "There's nothing to complain about!" :-)

The accommodation of Collen is very nicely located in a quiet, well-kept complex. Parking is available directly in front of the door. The large apartment is located at ground level and can be reached without stairs. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large living room with large open kitchen and a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. The posted video gives an excellent impression of the accommodation. We were not disappointed! In addition, snorkeling equipment and other beach utensils were available for use. Barbecuing on your own terrace is unfortunately not allowed although you could assume it based on the picture with the barbecue on the terrace. But there are several well-kept barbecue areas on the complex, as well as pools. A pool is very close to the property but was in repair during our stay. But in the sea it is much nicer anyway ;-) We were 4 people and felt at home in Collen's apartment. No wonder, then, that it was really difficult for us to say goodbye in the end. Since everything went so perfectly and smoothly, there was hardly any need to get in touch with Collen and if it did happen, the communication via FeWo-direkt was fast and uncomplicated. The 4 of us would also like to thank you once again for an unforgettable time. Thx!!! :-)

I am the Property Manager for owners, Sharon and John Stephens. My name is Colleen Mitsuya. I am island-born, originally from Honolulu. I've been here for 42 years, Maui is my home now, Maui No Ka Oi! My favorite things to do are ballroom dancing and line dancing and I love arranging flowers, especially for all our guests to welcome them to our condo and to Maui.

Sharon and John fell in love with Wailea on a trip to Maui in 1979. The area was just being developed. In 1984 they purchased their Ekolu unit and over the years have traveled countless times from Los Angeles to Wailea with their daughter Jennifer. Time has flown by and now their family trips include their daughter, son-in-law, and beautiful granddaughter who loves to snorkel, paddle board and is learning to surf.

John and Sharon love the quiet, residential, park like feel of Ekolu Village. The beautiful lush tropical foliage and ocean view, relaxes them the minute they arrive.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Wailea is close to many unique sightseeing spots if you want adventure and a little action but when you return life is quiet and non touristy. It's a golfers paradise! A first rate tennis facility is right there and well as every water sport.

The weather is fabulous! Since Wailea is on the dry side of the island, it can be raining in Kapalua and sunny in Wailea.
