Newly furnished and well appointed home will provide an exceptional experience.
Wailea Ekolu is peaceful and spacious development with dinning, coffee, shopping and Maui's best beaches just a short walk or drive from our unit!
Wailea Ekolu, 505 is a private ground floor unit and has easy access to all Wailea has to offer. Situated in the lower village, building 5, no need to drive anywhere if you don't feel like it. The unit is only a short walk or drive from the Shops at Wailea, the beautiful Wailea beaches, restaurants, and the Wailea's golf courses .
Enjoy sweeping ocean views from the lanai, living areas, and master suite. Perfect for watching amazing sunsets, island views and humpback whales in winter.
Our Condo has 2 master suites with 2 private baths, recently renovated & re-furnished. The bedrooms are well appointed with new California king beds, smart flat screen TVs, A/C units, ceiling fans and Crate & Barrel bedding. In the living room there's a new and very comfortable queen sofa bed, A/C, ceiling fan, 80â flat screen smart TV and plenty of storage. We also have a portable crib and bedding.
The living area and kitchen boast all new furniture and an open floor plan. In the kitchen you should find everything you need to easily accommodate all your culinary needs.
There is an in-suite full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. As well as beach gear including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests. boogie boards, rafts and children's beach toys.
Wailea Ekolu has several lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area. Thereâs a new Webber barbecue and picnic area next door, with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets.
The beautiful Mokapu, Ulua and Wailea beaches are just a 10 minute stroll or a 3 min drive down the hill. Or an easy 5 minute drive to Waileaâs other more secluded beaches, renowned as some of the most beautiful in the world. With crystal clear waters and many amazing snorkeling reefs accessible from shore.
It's a 8 minute walk to The Shops at Wailea, Mauiâs premier retail destination, featuring more than 70 global retail luxury and lifestyle stores. Also, our favorite poke bowls and many prepared food options at the Island Gourmet Market.
Just a 3 minute walk to Wailea Village with several restaurants, shops, Akami Coffee and the Wailea Farmers market on Tuesday mornings.
A 13 minute walk to Wailea Gateway Center and Monkey Pod Restaurant, with the best Mai Tai on the island!
And 3 minute drive or a 15 min walk to the Andez for the Feast at Mokapu Luau, dinner or just a cocktail to watch the sunset. They offer paddle boards, kayaks and outrigger paddle tours.
The front door has a smart lock for easy access.
