Rob........ This is a shallow attempt at sabotage after your FAILED attempt of cash extortion . Even VRBO declined your request for a financial offset to your stay. YOU mention a series of "raised disappointments" none of which you mention here and no record is in any history. YOU say "expensive" You paid less than $500 after a $1000 discount for summer rates reserved at a property thats nearing a 3 million dollar value. The average reservation during winter season is well over $1000 nightly.This represents your exact intentions of extortion AFTER the fact for your stay. You make claims for cleaning and fixing and updating?????? NONE of which refer to any specifics. You do reference expecting contact from an attorney and that has never happened either. THE first response from you post stay is "" Good morning Patrick. I do not have plans to leave a negative review but I do want to share with you some things that you may or may not care about. Firstly, your property is unique and nice and overall our stay was fine. A few things; " Then you proceed the same as above with general complaining but NO specifics. Then you contacted VRBO demanding a refund.....????LOL Managment sent you an invite to the home 2 days prior to arrival requiring confirmation that you are receiving the arrival information tallow for the next set of communication and you replied the morning of arrival. after receiving the TOUCH STAY APP with the access instructions and the property rules and use details you messaged requesting detail on how to operate the spa and the grill and miscellaneous other details THAT ARE EXPLAINED IN THE APP that you obviously did not review. SIR , This is a failed attempt at trying to extort a refund from VRBO and the Property management for selfish gain. IF ANYONE that books a reservation at the Property There are a multiple of options and remedies available to accommodate virtually any guest for any reason...........with in reason and in a timely manor . If we have another opportunity to host a stay with you again we would like to extend an offset for the inconvenience.We realize this is a day late , although it is sincere.
