Relax and Unwind at Mermaid Oasis – A Comfortable Beachside Retreat!

This lovely beachside retreat offers comfort and convenience, perfect for your next family getaway. Located just across a narrow residential road, the home is a short 60-step stroll to the stunning white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Two nearby beach paths make it easy to shuttle kids and gear back and forth. Plus, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.

Inside, the home features a functional layout with plenty of room for everyone. The ground floor includes two bedrooms: a Master Suite with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a nearby half bath. Upstairs, you'll find another spacious Master Suite with a King bed, twin daybed, flat-screen TV, and a private deck with partial Gulf views. The fourth bedroom includes two Twin beds, and both share a generously sized bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a bar area featuring a wine and beer fridge. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or relax in the living room on the large sectional sofa while watching your favorite movie or game on the 65" flat-screen TV with Sonos surround sound.

Step outside through the French doors off the kitchen to a private backyard space with plenty of seating and an outdoor kitchen. This area offers a built-in gas grill, a smoker, and a dining table for outdoor meals. It's a comfortable spot to unwind, whether you're sipping morning coffee or grilling up dinner for the family.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, which offers both hot and cold water.

Great House!!

This house is definitely undersold with the description here. Outdoor grilling/seating area is very nice. Outdoor shower was so nice as well. Great house that is super close to the beach.

It was great! Plenty of room for the 9 of us and our little dog. The fenced backyard was great us to hang out and made it easy for the dog. It's super convenient to walk to the beach just steps away. My absolute favorite part of the house was the outdoor shower! I didn't take one shower inside...not the entire stay!

A very nice oasis

Gas grill, egg smoker, multiple outside areas to hang out. The large table outside the dining room. The fire pit outside the main bedroom, the balcony off the large upstairs room. Walk across the street to the beach.If your reading this please don't rent it I'd like it to be available just for me. 🤣🤣🤣 Enjoy your stay we loved it. I like to thank the owners for the nice place and managment for the clean house.

Fenced yard was a little small but wonderful. People in house behind very close but not bad. House was beautiful. The company and place you pick up keys was also very close. No problems while staying. The only bad thing I would say is the room we decided to sleep in was down stairs and had I think the air condition unit in it. It is very loud but not a big issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was fantastic for our family getaway. Prime location literally 20 steps to beach access. Quiet here on the beach too. The home is completely outfitted to feel like a home away and an oasis amongst all the tall mega houses. Easily sleeps 8 in beds. Downstairs main bed and bath are a bonus for those not wanting to navigate any stairs. Kitchen is well appointed and has all the kitchen tools/gadgets you would have in your own home. The most beautiful area is the backyard-outdoor dining for eight, green egg, separate grill, shaded swing, outdoor shower with warm water, side shaded patio with loungers and fire pit. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon too. Easy access to walkable dining. Truly a beautiful find on a beautiful beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for Pensacola Beach Brawl. The location is perfect as we were able to ride our bikes to and from the property to our venue destination. The reason I chose the property was due to the dog friendly home with a fenced in yard. Upon further review of the rules there was a $300 PER DOG non-refundable fee!!! Not so pet friendly after all. We opted to not bring our fur babies. I emailed the company several times to try to negotiate this fee & never received a response. Will never rent this property again. The house was older & the furniture a tad tired but it was clean for the most part. We did find many roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Yuck! Pest control is needed.

It was great for family of all ages with a ton of room for dinners and private seating areas throughout, inside and outside in the yard. It was well equipped for grilling outside for large families. If we have a reason to return to Pensacola Beach, we will certainly stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 children and had all the amenities to make the stay enjoyable. Location was just across the street from the beach with two walkover sites on either side of beachfront properties. Review would be all 5 stars but some additional attention to cleaning the floors, sprucing up the landscaping, cleaning the paved areas, replacing outdoor furniture cushions, and putting a propane bottle in the outdoor firepit would do the trick.

Lovely house in great location but needs some work.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was beautifully decorated with excellent amenities and in a great location. I loved the ice maker and Tesla charger, landscaping, adequate parking and the fenced-in yard for pets.However, the house smelled like mildew, the counters were sticky, the grill was filthy, the upstairs guest bedroom had no AC, fire pit did not work, and it was very poorly stocked (2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 garbage bags for a 4bd,3b house and no cleaning supplies. I called the evening we arrived, and as I had not heard anything from the managing company 48 hours later, I personally went to the office. The manager brought soap and TP, had the grill cleaned and put an ozonator in which only helped for 24 hours.The mildew/mold smell returned and he said that is what happens when you live on the beach.He also opened a vent between bedrooms upstairs. This then made the master warm and the guest room a little more tolerable. Definitely need another AC unit up there. This house could be fantastic and worth the high rental price with a little effort.

We're sorry to hear that there were a few things that were not to your liking. We can certainly understand that. Please know that we are a very transparent company and try to ensure that our guests are prepared before they arrive. We sent you an email on 12/7/21, the day you made your reservation, with the rental agreement as well as a list of items you might want to bring with you. It states that we give an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, etc that will get you through a day or so until you can replenish those items. It sounds like that portion of the email may have been missed. This is an industry standard but we try very hard to let our guests know what we do supply so they will be prepared and not get upset. That's certainly the last thing we want to do. I'm so glad we were able to give you the supplies and that you were happy with our quick services. We hope these issues won't detour you from staying with us in the future.

Beautiful home and grounds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year to stay at this home so we knew how warm and inviting it was. Whoever upgraded this house spared no expense. Kitchen is top shelf, as are finishes, baths, living room furnishings and the landscaping is over the top. It’s very comfortable. There were 6 adults in our party and we were all very comfortable. The location to the beach and easy access is better than some beach homes. It is right across the street from one of the beach accesses with the mesh mat that goes right out to the dunes, so rolling carts are a breeze to use. We have loved staying at this property.

House was fairly clean.Air worked but way toooooo noisy. Outside BBQ area was dirty but it is the beach. Paradise Rental (Heather) always a pleasure to deal with every year.

Family trip

Wonderful property!!! Have stayed at multiple places along the coast and this is one of our favorites. Well appointed home, lots of space, nice open garden area, steps to beach in residential area so not overly crowded. Outside ice machine is a VERY nice touch for coolers!! Will definitely try to stay again.

The pictures were inviting but oh my they don’t begin to show the beauty of this home and grounds. We were wowed from the moment we entered. Furnishings and decor are first class. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The grilling area right off the kitchen was amazing and the ice maker was perfect! The home feels so spacious and there’s seating for everyone in the living room. We loved the patios and the yard. The private outdoor shower was used daily, what a treat! It was so nice to have a separate bar area and the wine cooler with dual temp settings, we felt like the house was designed for us personally. The only thing missing from this beach house was the beach views but it’s such an easy walk across the street to the beach, we didn’t mind. Thank you for making your home available to us!

It certainly is hard to get pictures of this home that do it justice! It's a gorgeous place and has so much to offer. We're so glad you had a great stay and felt at home. The entire enjoyed the house & the beach; could not keep the children from exploring the beach. We would stay here again. By the way the property had sufficient space & equipped with many of the items we needed. The chefs in the family loved the kitchen and outdoor grounds. Thanks for the experience.

A short walk across residential street to the beach. Less than 3 min. drive to nearby restaurants and 10 min. drive to Publix. Hot water didnt work upstairs when we arrived but they fixed the problem within a couple hours.

The home is large, comfortable, well appointed and stocked if you lije to cook and entertain, and the perfect setting for family and friends get togethers. The outside patio has a large stone table, grill, green egg, ice maker, and the most beautiful and tranquil setting on the beach. (Aside from the beach itaelf!) It's beautifully decorated and you can feel the love and care that went into making it inviting. It's not your typical "beach condo decor" which made it feel so much more like home. I would recommend in every way.
