Il est situé dans le premier bloc de Via De Luna Drive, à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants, des magasins et de la vie nocturne. Avec quatre chambres et deux salles de bains, cette maison est conçue pour accueillir un maximum de douze personnes. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont ouverts et idéaux pour les réunions de famille. Deux des chambres ont des lits queen, la troisième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés et la quatrième chambre a un lit double. Cette maison offre deux salles de bain complètes ainsi qu'une douche extérieure privée avec eau chaude et froide et une toute nouvelle piscine. L'espace sous la maison offre un stationnement pour quatre à six véhicules. Cette maison a une grande jetée alors apportez le bateau et puisque cette maison accepte les animaux, n'hésitez pas à apporter "Fido" aussi.

We had a great time! Great Location. Beach just a short walk across the street. View of Bay in back awesome. We were there when the Blue Angels were there. We did not know this at the time of booking. It an awesome surprise and experience watching from the beach!

Perfect beach house. We love the bayside. Quiet and still walking distance to restaurants and beach. Fully stocked with anything we could have needed. Very clean. Up to date appliances. Salty Family Fun!

Soundz Amazing is perfect name and place for our family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect place for our spring break trip with kids and grandkids. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space with one of the rooms having four bunkbeds. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, and there were extra linens and pillows in the closets. The kitchen was fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed from, cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, 2 coffee pots, toaster, cutting boards, silverware, knives, food storage containers, pots pans, spatulas, dish soap, towels, sponges, and so much more! There’s a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway closet that made it convenient to do a couple of loads of laundry toward the end of the week. Outside was not only the awesome pool, but also picnic tables, chairs, loungers, a propane grill and the cutest little cabana that my granddaughter turned into her lemonade stand to serve the family from. The view and the pier was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sitting out there so much watching the birds, ducks, stingrays, boats, and even dolphins! Although some other areas on the beach were a little crowded. We had our own slice of heaven and privacy right back there on the sound side. we heard music in the distance a couple of times from nearby restaurants, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. It was actually really cool and fun to hear. The location is super convenient to stores, restaurants, the main boardwalk and other nightlife in the area. We loved it so much. No one wanted to leave! We’ve already booked it for another week this summer. We can’t wait to return!

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 7 stayed along with 2 dogs and it was a great home. The pool is where we spent most of the time and it was perfect. For the price it really can't be beat. The toughest part was with the dogs only because there are not many full grassy areas around so it took a while for them to do their business. But the area was quiet, the house was clean and we would definitely stay there again!

Overall we had good time on vacation, the property is nice and comfortable, but could have been more thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival for example the kitchen counters and coffee makers didnt look touched by the stove. I understand it was a very busy weekend with the air show. The view is beautiful and the pool was fun, however please note the liner is wrinkled and then torn in one area held up with duck tape. The property looks bigger in pictures. The biggest complaint unfortunately that would keep us from renting again is the smell outside being next to whatever treatment plant that is, made it smell like a sewer often outside. Its very unpleasant. Over all we enjoyed the space but would not rent again.

Fun family vacation

We had a great time with lots of activity options for our family. The location of the house allowed our teenage children to have some independence with walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool and pier also provided lots of activities for everyone. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach, so the walk across was easy. The only area of opportunity for improvement was improved pest control in the home. We did see large roaches on a few days of our stay. We addressed this ourself with roach spray. Location and access to activities was the highlight of the vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel the size of the home was grossly misrepresented based on the pictures on the website. It is a very small house with tiny bedrooms. The gas fireplace didn't work, the tub in the back bathroom didn't drain, the toilet was wobbly, the water pressure in the front bathroom was very weak, the electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work, and the quality of the TVs was terrible in addition to being very hard to figure out.

We loved enjoying our coffee on the deck and our adult beverages in the tiki bar overlooking the beautiful sound. It was absolutely beautiful. Only problem we had was two of us had sand in our beds and it wasn't our sand. Not a big deal we just washed the sheets.

Enjoyed even with all the rain

I usually don’t leave reviews but since we had a couple issues I am wanting to leave a little heads up for the owners. We checked in a little after check in time and the landscapers were still on the property, no big deal but then he filled the trash cans up with yard debris. The property and house was 5 star however the cleaning could be a lot better. Starting with the outdoor shower. I didn’t even want to rinse my floats in there. It was dirty and over grown. Several dishes and silverware had food still in them and the outlets by the stove didn’t work. . The George Forman grill looked like it hadn’t even been wiped after, just put back under the counter. There was sand in a few of the beds and one bunk bed had dried blood on the sheets. The pool was dirty when we arrived and cleaned while we were there even though we weren’t notified there would be someone on the property. I feel like we left this rental cleaner than when we arrived. However, the beds were super comfortable and even though there were a few problems, we had a great time and I felt the location was perfect for our family.

Beach House Hideaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the whole week at this property. This home is tucked away which was really nice and our private small beach area was an added bonus. All of the staff were great. We had an issue with a light and they came over and took care of it in a timely manner. It is close to everything. the beach was a few blocks away. The sunsets were amazing. We watched dolphins in the evening and parasailing all day from our patio. The home is stocked very well. I searched for reviews before coming to find out what all was included in the kitchen and if there were pool floats and found any reviews that identified what the home actually had. The kitchen is fully stocked. There was plenty of plastic plates, bowls and cups. There is a toaster oven, regular toaster, blender, crockpot, grilling and cooking utensils, coffee pot along with a Keurig. They even have bags outside to clean up after your dog does their business. There is also a second full size refrigerator in the downstairs storage area which was awesome for when we were hanging out at the pool. There are several pool floats and noodles. My recommendations would be to add a stand up fan for the living/kitchen area to help keep that area cool (we purchased one and it made a HUGE difference), a small countertop ice maker, a ceiling fan is needed in the one guest room, gates at the top of both stairs would be nice to have especially with small children and pets. The grill burners need to be replaced. We were concerned about being next to the water treatment plant, there was a couple of days we had an awful smell, however it really depended on which direction the breeze was coming from. All in all we LOVED this location and home and look forward to our next visit in PCB!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved this house. Everything about the house is what we were looking for. From the spacious bedrooms, beautiful kitchen/living area to the deck, pool and pier. Shops and restaurants were walking distance and that was a huge plus. The only thing I wished they had, was a gate of some sort on the upstairs deck before the stairs. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely be booking this house again!
