This unit was completely renovated during 2015 to create your perfect beach retreat where you will create memories to last a lifetime! In B528 you will find every comfort amid the beautifully decorated interior. This condo sleeps 4 and has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and backsplash, as well as a newly installed center island, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully ceramic wood-look tiled floors that extend throughout the entire unit. In fact, due to the major renovations that took place to open up the floor plan and create this center island, there is not another one bedroom at Waterscape that has the same open concept layout. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals, and this owner has gone above and beyond to ensure you are provided with every comfort of home. There is unique driftwood glass top dining table with seating for four people, as well as the additional bar stool seating provided at the expansive kitchen island. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand up tiled shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, DVD player. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
