This condo (plus a bunk room), two and a half bathroom condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit B403 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture for your entire family to enjoy the gorgeous scenery together. Decorated in tropical blues and greens this home is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the bar area has two stools for additional seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand-up shower and separate garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand-up shower and separate garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Great stay

It was a nice stay, beautiful view, huge balcony with comfy furniture. Pools are freezing, food not great by the pool, drinks were amazing. Gym was nice extra things such as a pirate, glow party, tattoos all fun! Beach is packed must be there around 7a to get a chair. Good communication and big room.

We absolutely love this room. Our 2nd year in a row staying here. It will probably be our family tradition to have this room as our kids love it and know what to expect. The view is the best. Perfect sightseeing and doesn’t over power with heat from the sun. I absolutely love the bed, slept better there than our home lol:) b403 is our forever vacation spot! Thank you for the best room and stay. Our family and in-laws will be back as they always stay close by on the facility. Thank you!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first time to stay at Waterscape. The location of this condo was pretty convenient, as it is right next to the elevator, and close access to the beach/pool. It is very spacious, clean, and feels like home. Our party of six slept great. The beds and sectional couch are slightly worn, but this can be expected anywhere. What attracted our family to this condo was the gorgeous ocean view and super comfortable patio furniture. We’d love to visit this exact condo again in the future. This was a much needed vacation and provided the perfect spot to rest and also enjoy the beach life! The pool and splash pads is perfect for kids. We have an infant and three-year-old who very much enjoyed it all! Waterscape is the place to go!

Summer Vacation in B403

Just a few things... the property itself was great. The kids had the time of their life. The activities were great. The pool area was perfect. The beach area was beautiful and easy to access. The location was awesome. The building was kept up really well. The fireworks from the pier was such an amazing thing to experience! The workers at the Tiki Hut were so friendly. The food and drinks were great! I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but If I were to spend money on a family vacation again I would have liked to know a few things before I choose this spot. The area is under construction, the bridge is being redone right next to Waterscapes. We were under the impression that we would be able to walk to places but it's really not safe because of the construction, so I highly recommend having a car there if you plan to be able to get around. The noise from the construction was also something I would have avoided by going somewhere else. I like to sit on the balcony in the mornings, and all you really hear instead of the Ocean is the loud construction. It's not a make or break and the resort can't do anything about it, but it was very loud. On day 2 of the trip a watermain pipe was hit during construction so they had to turn the water off in the building. Apparently there were notices posted around the building, but we didn't see them and we didn't know. Unfortunately we woke up to no water. I had to walk my kids to the store across the street to use the restrooms. Again not the end of the world but I feel like we lost a lot of vacation time because we couldn't get up and ready for the day. We contacted Vacasa but they were also unaware that the water was going to be shut off. When asked how they were going to compensate us for the inconvenience they said there were notes posted all over and that it wasn't their problem, it was the HOA that turned off the water. That was a pretty disappointing response. We did speak to other guests and they all received emails, texts and calls to let them know. Vacasa dropped the ball on this one. The condo itself was fine. The view was nice, It does face right into the hotel next door, the balcony we were right next to had 5 kids staying there and they loved sitting on the balcony so I felt like I was on vacation with them, but I love kids and people watching so it didn't bother me but just wanted to point it out if you were looking for privacy and peace, this might not be the condo for you. The furniture is a little outdated. The water pressure in the shower is very bad. The kitchen table had old dingy, dirty covers on the seats. Overall nice enough, I would choose a different condo next time, and definitely not through Vacasa, maybe go through Waterscapes directly.

2 weeks at the beach

This was a wonderful property for family. They offered several evening activities for the kids, a live DJ, fireworks once a week and such a clean and well run place. (aside from the 2AM false fire alarm that left everyone outside for over an hour) The room was clean, the property was clean and well maintained and the beach was stunning. The only thing I would have changed would have been the pillows or lack there of, the patio furniture could use some updating and the TV's could also. The dvd player didnt work in the living room, the tv in the bunkbeds only worked with a dvd and the tvs were not smart tvs so you couldnt log into any personal streaming services. over all, we had a great time and would do it over again.

We’d come back next weekend!

This condo was perfect for a friends trip with four children ages 4 and under. The pools didn’t feel too crowded and the splash pad and lazy river were great entertainment for our 3yo. Thank you!

Great Place!

Everything was wonderful! Can’t get a better location, at the resort, in our opinion. We really enjoyed facing out of the inner-U of the resort. Absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and beach - and sunsets!! It was a super quiet location, even though close to the elevator. We never heard a sound from people coming or going. Our one and only complaint is that the condo did not have any TVs with working apps. Basic cable was it. With two little kids, sometimes we needed a little reprieve (especially with some rain days) and we really missed being able to pop on our favorite shows. Oh, and extra blankets would be nice. The bedding was sparse. We ended up buying two blankets at Target, our second night there - to make sleep more comfortable. The condo was very, very clean - and I have high standards. So, all in all we were very pleased. Easy fixes for the owners to get the apps “on” and buy a few extra blankets ;).

Talking about a view

Upon entry bam Ocean view gorgeous picture. The living area space big with plenty of seating bedrooms are just as spacious. bathrooms shelf area big walk in shower and a huge tub. I recommend this room with the view. The only down side is you are close to the next hotel and that balcony privacy is limited. Still was a 10 definitely book this room

Waterscape B403

Convenience with a view

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this condo. The views of the ocean are perfect. The elevator to get down to the pool/beach are right by the room - (you can’t hear it at all) which made it so convenient for when we inevitably forgot something in the room. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Place

This was a nice condo! Plenty of seating for our group of six. The view was amazing. The walk to the garage was not that bad (less than 5 mins). Beach and pool were right out of the elevator next to the room. They keep fans in the condo which is great for drying things or for all of us who like to have a fan on while we sleep. The king bed and queen bed were not that comfortable. We are more firm and memory foam sleepers. If your new to waterscape, definitely check out the 2nd floor pool area. It took us a few days to figure out it was there. Note: don’t leave the sliding glass doors open, the fire alarms will go off. Vacasa this room needs one of the fire alarms replaced that was left laying on the table when we arrived. Also, the batteries in the living room and second bedroom need replacing.

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was nice, comfortable and conveniently located. The amenities were fantastic and got the best of both with a view of the beach and a resort pool! We all had a fantastic time. Check in was very easy, and the room was already ready when we got there a little early. The master bed was pretty firm but we slept comfortably. Some of the furniture does need to be replaced either from wear and tear or weather impacted (console table inside and patio coffee table). The TVs were a bit of a pain to get working to be able to change the channel, but we turned it on mostly for noise anyway. Couch is a good size, it is a bit firm as well but my kids passed out on it several times with no problem. Overall, we had a fabulous time and we will definitely be back!

Great Waterscape Condo!

Great location to pool and beach, next to elevator but we never heard it. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. We personally enjoyed the balcony facing away from the inner u of the resort. Beautiful gulf front view still! Condo could use a little tlc (wobbly dining table, broken patio chair, chipped trim paint) but still very clean and nice! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Location

Loved this place and plan on staying here again in the future! Loved the view, very comfy beds, everything very clean. Had a problem with the refrigerator, problem got solved quick. My daughters loved the little bunkbed room. The parking lot was quite far from the room but that wasn't a problem for us since we cooked and didn't have to leave to eat out. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed everything!
