This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. When you’re not enjoying your spacious private balcony for your morning coffee, venture down to the shared amenities for additional fun - the pool and hot tubs are perfect for a dip or two. Should you want to explore, head to the beach and enjoy the sparkling Gulf waters. You’ll be near plenty of eateries and attractions for the whole family.

This vibrant condo comes freshly painted and provides the ultimate space for relaxation and comfort. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and a TV in the living area, perfect for movie nights. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, the condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware - perfect for entertaining and whipping up delicious dishes. Enjoy these meals and conversation at the adjacent, breakfast nook. Should you need to refresh during your stay, a private washer/dryer is off the kitchen. The bedroom comes furnished with a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Just enough.

This unit has everything you need for a one bedroom. Very nice room and Waterscape has plenty of amenities. Had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

We had a great experience here! The condo was clean, spacious, and affordable! The check-in and check-out process was also super simple and took about no time at all. The pull out couch was not comfortable and there were no blankets left for those who slept on it, but we packed extra blankets and an air mattress that we used instead.

Great unit!

This unit was great! Most importantly it was clean!! I could tell the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors had been cleaned well. That’s a big plus for me. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We had a little trouble with a dryer but I sent a quick text it was fixed by the end of the day. Great customer service.

Great getaway

Just ok

Room was ok. Needs updates. We had no dryer for the entire stay. Staff was responsive to the issue, but maintenance drug their feet and never fixed the it. States all over not to save seats at the pool area, but people do anyways. My sister saw a man push a woman down to get the prime seat location first thing in the morning. Finding a working elevator was equivalent to walking a marathon several times a day and the ones that did work took forever even though there’s only a few floors. Wish we could get our money back.

Unacceptable

The place was nice and looked like the pictures. We had no complaints aesthetically. Immediately upon arriving, we noticed the ice maker/water in the refrigerator door didn't work. Not a deal breaker. Toilet didn't flush properly. I tried to wash clothes the first evening. The washer didn't drain so the clothes were soaked. After ringing out a couple of pieces at a time, I tried to dry them and the dryer didn't work. I requested a service call. After an entire day of crickets, I called back and asked when the washer/dryer would be looked at. The girl at the front desk said let me call maintenance and hung up. It was evident someone had been in the United, however neither machine was repaired. I called again for a service call and never heard back. I spent a quarter of my vacation at the laundromat. I called to voice my concerns and was told hotel management would reach out. I still haven't heard from them. I spoke with Vacasa management and was told I would hear back from them within 24 hours. I will update the review if they rectify the situation. As I look through the reviews, these same issues were addressed in March and August of 2021.

1 week stay

Overall condition of room was VERY run down. All furniture looked very wore out and dirty. Baseboards were beat up and missing paint all over. Toilet seats were disgusting and looked like someone had painted them??? Room severely needs a re-model. But other than that the stay was ok.

Unimpressive View and buy a dust pan!

Do not believe the description of having a partial gulf view. We could barely see anything behind the two palm trees the same height as the balcony planted directly in front of the unit. It is a palm tree view. I have stayed up and down the Emerald Coast and never had a view so bad. We went with a group of people and we all had separate condos. It was obvious that this one needs some TLC compared to the others in our group. It is very plain and less impressive than the others. The furniture was very worn and dingy. I was shocked the small broom provided didn't even have a dust pan. Beachoers bring in sand. Sweeping and using a dust pan is a must. I just feel this place needs a face-lift. I would love to update it and give it some color and life. Also, shame on the landscape design for totally ruining any hope of a good view. It really was obvious how much this place was lacking when comparing it to the other condos we got to go in. We would go back to Waterscapes but not in this unit.

Fine

This was our second year staying here. Last time was a 5 star stay this time was only 4 due to being slightly outdated and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the previous either. The light bulbs were out in the master bed and bath which were promptly fixed and the sprayer in the kitchen sink was stuck so we couldn’t use the faucet like normal. Overall it could be overlooked but in comparison to last years stay I was expecting the same quality or better.

Needs Maintenance

We have stayed at Waterscape multiple times over the years and really enjoy the condo on the whole. This was our first time staying in this particular unit. The unit had a few things that needed repairing/upgrading. In particular, the tub was slow to drain, the toilet had trouble flushing properly, the coffee table had a broken leg, and the patio table was very rusty. A growing frustration we've had with the unit is the guests that "claim" a set of chairs on the beach with a single towel and then leave only to return over 3 hours later! The Condo specifically claims that reserving of towels at the pool is "forbidden" and will be "strictly enforced" but not only allows the reserving at the pool but also allows it on the beach. This issue only seems to get worse with every visit we have and has made us start to consider going elsewhere in the future.

Great condo

The only negatives are the bathroom doors could use some locks for privacy and the shower heads need to be changed for a stinger water pressure. Pools are great! I absolutely loved that the condo comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella!

Overall good

The space was great for 2 adults and 4 kids. The balcony overlooking the pool area was nice. I loved how sound proof the room was. You barely heard anyone outside or above you. I do feel like the whole place could have used a good deep clean and some of the dishes were dirty. Not sure if they didn't get cleaned well or if someone just didn't wash them and put them back....so that was a little gross. The dryer didn't work very well which was frustrating. It took us 4 times of running the dryer to get our towels dry. We wanted to do laundry before we packed up to head home and didn't...I think it would have taken all day for 2 loads of laundry to dry. But, overall the location of the property was good and the unit was the perfect size for our family.

Resort pools were great, our condo could have been better.

We stayed in B426. It could have been cleaner, there was dust on things and food stuck on the dining room chairs. We also found a bloody finger print on the frame of the patio doors. The couch wasn't very comfortable, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the patio table had considerable rust. We really enjoyed the resort and the pools and would definitely come back, but we'll be staying in another condo next time.

Nice weekend.

Having stayed here multiple times with high expectations I was a little disappointed in the way the room condo was set up in this particular model. With the bunk beds set up in the living room it was not especially appealing nor fun for the kids who didnt want to hear the adults and or kitchen noises when they was trying to sleep. Other than that and the microwave crapping out on our last day. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower terrible. All in all it was a fun vacation except next time I'm going to view the rooms layout instead of just booking based on a general description over the phone.

The location was good and we were able to check in a little early so, that a plus. However, the condo itself was not as clean as it should have been, it did not look as if the floors had been cleaned and we found dirty dishes in our dishwasher. Also, we had to purchase beach chairs even though they were supposed to have been included in our condo rental. I am now aware that the chairs were not sat out during the majority of our stay due to the weather. However, it would have been nice to have been given a heads up so, we could have planned accordingly. We were out $70 bucks and a couple extra trips back to the condo for money. If we would have known they were not going to set the chairs and umbrellas out we would not have been upset in the least however, due to the lack of information it was an inconvience. The balcony light did not work but, the maintenance guy came pretty quickly to fix.

Great stay!!

Stayed 5 nights and it was great. Pool accommodations were awesome as well as proximity to the beach. Room was spacious, clean, large balcony, enjoyed very much.
