Lovely room

The place was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The location was great, and we had a pretty good view of the ocean and beach. Will definitely be returning for future vacations.

Condo was very clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved the grounds and would return in a heartbeat. The pools were all amazing and very clean! Also loved the beach access and included beach setup. The condo itself fit our needs just fine but there were a couple of issues - the ice maker was broken the entire duration of our visit and the bathtub plug did not seal properly. We did not report the ice machine right away but when we did, maintenance showed up relatively quickly. However, their fix did not work and we remained without ice. Fortunately, there is an ice machine on the grounds by the pool but we had to pay for it. The condo made great use of space with the bunk bed option. I would consider making the outlet situation in the bunks safer for children, as they have plugs right where your pillows and head should go. However, despite my small criticisms, we would definitely return. The cleanliness and ease of checking in and out were superior.

Great beach/pool stay!

We had a great stay at this property. Strong communication with the property manager and the condo was clean and ready for our stay. This condo offers very easy beach access and several pools for whatever your need might be. Easy garage access for parking and close proximity to fun watersports and restaurants.

Honestly the best way to experience the Gulf Coast. Beach access was very nearby, the condo came with a complimentary umbrella with two chairs which were extremely convenient, and the water park area was a massive hit for the kids. The condo had been cleaned very well before our arrival to the point that you could tell the floors had been mopped and the refirigerator shelves get cleaned on a consistent basis. Will definitely pursue this vacation again!

Let down

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to our room, the kitchen floor was wet. We called the lady and she got the maintenance man up there. He said he couldn’t find anything but to let him know if it kept happening. Water would seep up from the linoleum, so we called him again. We never knew when he was going to get there, so we were waited for him all the time. This went on for a couple of days.Then the next morning, there was no water in the entire building. The lady said she would send a partial refund but we never heard from her again
