Please Read Before Booking This is a family-friendly, luxury accommodation requiring respectful behavior. All group members, except for accompanying family, must be at least 30 years old. There is no smoking. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are enforced. Behavior negatively impacting the neighborhood will result in fines and/or eviction.
Description Recently renovated and upgraded, this ski-in/out condo is modern and luxurious. The kitchen has new stainless steel Miele appliances. The magnificent Fairmont Chateau Whistler is just steps away.

Location This vacation home is on the 3rd floor of Le Chamois on Blackcomb Way. It is at the base of Blackcomb in the Upper Village. It is a 5-minute level walk to Whistler Village.
Ski Access The Blackcomb Gondola is 30 steps from the back door of Le Chamois. To the right of the gondola is the Magic Chair, a favourite for beginners. To access Whislter Mountain, walk 5 minutes to Whistler Village or take the Peak to Peak Gondola from the top.
Added Convenience 1 free parking space in Le Chamois underground parking, 6'10 height clearance. Additional pay parking available. In-suite laundry as well as shared coin-operated machines on the 4th floor. Free ski + snowboard valet on Level PL at Spicy Sports Secured bike room in underground P level where bikes must be stored. Bring a bike lock. Complimentary concierge services. We’ll answer questions and manage the details of your Whistler trip: airport transfers, private and group ski & snowboard lessons, lift passes, equipment rentals, activities, heli-skiing, dinner reservations and pre-arrival groceries.
Things to Know Do not leave skis, poles, snowboards or bikes inside the apartment at any point during your stay. Sorry, no pets.

The place was exactly as advertised - clean and efficient. The proximity to the gondola can't be beat. Check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again. Concierge services were extremely helpful. Our family had a blast!

Fabulous ski-in ski-out location at base of Blackcomb Mtn. Outstanding renovation has made this 2 bedroom unit posh and comfortable. Great beds, appliances and all the mod cons. Communication with host was fast and accurate.

Perfect stay while in Whistler
This property & location was perfect for our family: My wife & I and our 4 young adult kids. The condo offered every thing we needed: loved the newly renovated space, kitchen had everything we needed including a wine/bar fridge, perfect space to keep winter coats & ski/snowboard boots, helmets etc, it was great to have a clothes dryer after being on the hill all day, appreciated the amount of towels, tissue, soaps etc. Location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the short walk over to the Whistler village, night life and all the amenities right close in the Blackcomb village. Would highly recommend this property: the views from the vast amount of windows and the coziness with the fireplace. 5 stars

Fabulous Apartment!
This is our fourth time back to Whistler and have stayed in various places. We love Blackcomb for the quietness and the village is only a quick 5 min picturesque walk. We recently spent 8 nights at this apartment. 2 adults 2 teenagers, think it would be a little squishy with any more. It's in a fantastic position and is beautifully appointed with everything that you need for a great skiing vacation. Only downfall is that its above the main downloading/loading dock area so you hear all the trucks come in for deliveries and early morning skiers arrive to be first on the slopes. Most of the cars seem to use their horn alarms so its a constant beep beeping sound of alarms going on and off. If you are not a first tracks skier and want to sleep in I suggest you bring some earplugs and annoying how some people use the stairs instead of the lift so the clanging of ski boots on metal staircase is not ideal.The apartment is on the third floor and looks over the pool/spa so can feel like your in a fish bowl so best to keep the blinds down. Only other recommendation would be a manual on how to operate the heated floors, fireplace and appliances as it was a little time wasting trying to figure out how to use them. Other than that would recommend.

Family Fun
This was our first trip to Whistler and this trip was a fun filled adventure! From the start, check-in was super easy. After our long drive to get there, we were parked and in the room in no time. We had told the owner/management company, part of our visit to Whistler was to celebrate a 50th birthday and when the door was open, a large “50” balloon was waiting. Pretty awesome touch. Whistler was experiencing warmer than normal temperatures during our visit and the AC was turned up and ready for our arrival. The residents was very clean and updated. The residents was fully equipped for your every need to include a well equipped kitchen to cook if you choose too. The views from the room was beautiful. There was a bit of roof top obstruction, however it also had a view of the pool. We took advantage of being able to watch and talk to the kids as they played in the pool from the room. The pool was bit on the small side but even in the heat we never saw more than 5 people out there. After getting our bearings, it was awesome to walk into the Plaza and jump right on the Blackcomb Gondola. We highly recommend taking the gondola and doing “Peak to Peak.” You will not be disappointed. The area had great restaurants, one of the best Pizza places, and small market that supplied our every need. North Village and Center Village are a short 5-8 min walk. Highly recommend this place if your looking to visit Whistler! Thank you to the owner!!!! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location, Ski-In, Ski-Out
If you are looking for a true ski-in, ski-out accommodation, and a room/condo that is clean and luxurious, then book Unit 305 at Le Chamois. We were very happy with our stay here.
Unit 305 overlooks like the spa/pool area and from a distance, Whistler Mountain. We can see the beautiful sunset from the living room and we were lucky enough to see fireworks from the slopes one evening.
The unit itself is newly remodeled, clean with high-end appliances. There is a boot dryer by the mud-room that can prob. dry 4 pairs of boots. We loved this! Both bathrooms have heated floors and all the rooms have their own AC/heater unit which was great since we can control the temperature in each of the rooms.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean, even a rice cooker. There are two coffee machines, one to make a pot of coffee and another one to make single cups. A coffee grinder to grind coffee beans is provided as well as coffee beans and pods. Even the placemats were the nice Chilewich brand.
We truly loved this unit and it was so nice to come back to this place after a day on the mountain.
The Le Chamois building is a bit outdated and could use a remodel, but with its location at the base of Blackcomb makes up for it being outdated. The Blackcomb gondola, as well as the Fairmont Hotel and several shops and restaurants are only steps from Le Chamois. There was a small grocery store (about a 5min walk), that had everything we needed.
We highly recommend 305!

Modern apartment in a perfect Blackcomb base location
The unit was extremely clean, comfortable, and modern, and could not be in a more convenient location for skiing access (literally right across the plaza from the Blackcomb gondola)! There are good apres/food options right in the Blackcomb base area (RMU, Milestones, Nagomi Sushi), and it was just a short, pleasant walk to the main side of Whistler Village as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place. Great stay
The property is fantastic. It seems very recently remodeled and was done right. The kitchen is well equipped, in fact I think it’s the only time there has been a nice and sharp knife set at any rental property I’ve ever been to.
The only issue is that there isn’t much comfortable seating in the living room. But the beds are fantastic and the bathrooms are great.
The building is a tad dated but in a great location very close to Blackcomb lifts. And the ski check service at Spicy in the bottom is great.
We’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent location!
The location can't be beaten for access to the lifts. There are several nice restaurants and shops in the immediate area. We liked it better than the main Village - a bit more private and upscale. You'll need to get reservations for the restaurants in advance. We didn't so we bought groceries and ate in (grocery store in walking distance). The apt itself is very modern and has everything needed. Easy to access with the door codes. A bit of a fishbowl with windows immediately facing the busy pool area - have to keep the shades drawn unless you want to put on a show, which reduces the view. But that's the only downside. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful place!

Annual Ski Trip - Arizona State three
We stayed in Unit 305, great location, good accommodations. A minute walk to the Blackcomb Gondola, can't beat it. Small kitchen appliances, so we just used it for breakfast. But, you are in Whistler and a 15 minute walk to the main village and many restaurants. Don't pass up the Sushi restaurant in the Building, Great! Also the Pub with very friendly locals...
when we come back, we may book it again if possible!!! Cheers.
