This cabin is located right next to the Maggie Valley golf course greens. The cabin is very easy to get to with no steep/winding roads. You do not need a 4-wheel drive to access the property. There are 2 driveways for parking. The entrance to the first driveway is shared. This one has room for 2 cars or a small trailer. This driveway is located at the rear side of the cabin and has newly installed steps gaining access to the front door. The second or main driveway can fit 2-3 cars. Both driveways are on level ground making it easy for motorcycle parking.

The exterior of the cabin has been freshly painted and a new metal roof installed. Outside you will enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek which is located in front of the cabin by the road. Relax in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch and listen to the creek or read a book. The hot tub is located on the front porch with wrap around porch lights for a nice nighttime ambiance. The hot tub is also covered so you can relax even if it's raining (but not lightning). There is a charcoal grill on the porch. There is one security camera pointed towards the main driveway.

To enter the house, you will be provided with your own code for keyless entry.

There are 2 levels to the cabin. Downstairs, you will find the main living area and master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. There is a gas fireplace for use in colder months. Enjoy the cozy fireplace with just pushing a button on the remote. Above the fireplace is a 58-inch smart TV. Enjoy Spectrum cable or sign on to your own streaming accounts on the Roku TV. There are some board games, puzzles and books for your enjoyment. There is a sit-down arcade game for additional entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. For coffee drinkers-there is your choice of a drip, stove-top percolator, or a single serve Keurig. There is a microwave, toaster, crock pot, wine opener, blender, hand mixer, and a waffle maker. The dining room table has seating for 4 and the island has 4 stools underneath for additional seating.

The laundry room has a stackable washer/dryer. There is an iron and ironing board.

There are 3 bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. One of the bedrooms upstairs also has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a large 55-inch TV providing Spectrum cable. They are Roku smart TV's so you can also sign in to your own account for streaming. There is a dresser in each bedroom.

The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in cave-like shower. The upstairs bathroom has a combination tub/shower located between the 2 bedrooms. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

The property is located approximately 7.5 miles from Cataloochee ski area.
