MAGGIE FAVORITE 3/3 FAMILY LOG CABIN with GREAT VIEWS, LARGE GAME ROOM & HOT TUB

** The safety of our guests is very important to us. We are using medical grade disinfectants to thoroughly clean the cabin between each and every guest. Our hot tub water is professionally dumped and refilled with balanced chlorine levels for every guest before arrival.

*** We have finally finished our parking spaces. There are two parking spots on a concrete pad next to the front door. There is not to be any parking on the old driveway as we had to reduce the width with the new retaining wall and you will damage your vehicle if you park there. As we have always stated, there is only parking for two vehicles on the property. Do not bring more than that.

Located at 3,500 feet, but just minutes from Soco Road, on a paved street and tucked into the mountainside is Bear Cub Cabin, our "home away from home".

While visiting enjoy our home with A/C throughout, Heat, Wi-Fi, DirecTV, Gas Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Hair Dryers, and a Hot Tub!

The mountain view starts with glass doors leading to a 50 foot covered deck with a hot tub and rocking chairs to relax. Our view includes the mountains and farmlands of Maggie Valley. The main floor has three bedrooms and two large full double sink bathrooms, an open concept living area with a Gas Fireplace, Smart TV, Blu Ray/DVD Player. The fully stocked Kitchen has a Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Crock Pot, Tea Kettle, Dish set, Glassware, Cutlery, Pots and Pans....everything you need to prepare any meal.

Downstairs is a sweet surprise with a huge daylight family/rec room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Flat Screen TV with Blu Ray /DVD Player, Hide-a-Bed Couch for two more to sleep, Games and Movies, Wet Bar with a Mini Fridge and a full Bathroom with Shower.

Fantastic View

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice and quiet and the view is amazing. The game room in the basement was fun on rainy days and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I would definitely stay again.

This was our second year vacationing at this cabin. Our experience was phenomenal both times! We were happy to see lots of upgrades this year including new flooring, beds, downstairs patio, and patio furniture. The property manager, Roxanne, was very friendly and hospitable. My family and I would definitely stay here again and again!

Amazing

This property is highly rated for a reason. I cannot express how much I loved this cabin. Extremely clean. Beautiful view. Patio is private which I loved. Hot tub is great. Fast Wi-Fi. Kitchen has basic spices, oils, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, etc. New washer and dryer. Beds are comfortable. Carpet is brand new. Plenty of space. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. A wonderful experience.

Beautiful cabin and fantastic view!

We enjoyed our stay and relaxed on the back deck every day and evening. I would like to share some comments: coffee carafe was dirty with coffee grounds all over the inside top - we had to spray it out before using. Pillows in master suite should be changed out; they are extremely worn. Sides on pool table are loose; screws are not holding in place. Bulb at bottom of 1st flight of stairs going to basement is blown. Housekeeper missing cobwebs in corners about eye view in all rooms.

Just what I wanted to disconnect

Great communication with property manager to accommodate some requested adjustments. Amenities and view as advertised! Great way to disconnect and enjoy some quality time. Be advised the parking will be limited but easily accessible with a large truck. Was great for a peaceful trip for two. Would be great for family or friends trip together. Will stay again!

2024 Winter Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Plenty of room and beautiful views of the town. Especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool and air hockey tables. Close proximity to the Cataloochee Ski Resort and Tubing area.

Amazing View and plenty of space!

The view is unbelievable! It was wonderful to have three bathrooms and the game room. When the door was shut to the game room it allowed for peace and quiet upstairs. It was the best of both worlds for all of us. It was charming but the couches and mattresses need to be updated. The parking is great for one car but tight for two. Garbage pickup would be a plus.

Best views in Maggie Valley

This was by far the best home we have stayed in when visiting Maggie Valley. We visit the area annually with family to vacation. The home has the most gorgeous views. Everything is clean and well maintained. There is a separate downstairs area for children to stay or everyone play! Its quiet within the home and the neighborhood. It is a steep drive up to the cabin. Our minivan made numerous trips without difficulty. Parking is tight but we managed to fit our van and a family members full size truck. All in all we will definitely look into renting this cabin again on our trip next year.

Very nice and cozy. Very clean and nicely stocked. Parking was a little weird but we managed. No issues with the cabin. We would love to stay there again. The view was amazing.

Mountain retreat

A wonderful home with all the modern amenities a person could want or need, and what a view from the spacious back porch! The basement is a great room to gather in for a game night complete with a pool table. Easy drive to and from all the local activities and restaraunts, and when you get home you get to enjoy the hot tub and the view! We had a great time!
